I thought I’d really like this Casino but their customer service so far has been horrible. I’ve gambled on many sites so I am very familiar with kyc verification processes. I bought a pack won 134 and set to redeem. They ask for a pdf statement of my bank, no problem. I submit it and they say the statement doesn’t show purchases with Chanced. WELL DUH! I JUST MADE THE PURCHASES YESTERDAY. The charges from chanced are still pending which means it’s likely it’ll be close to a month before they are on a statement. So that means after a decent little win I am going to have to wait a whole month to redeem it when my bank produces a statement showing the purchases from Chanced.

AND DO NOT SAY THATS JUST THE WAY IT IS. I have gambled with over 20 different sites and never did I have to submit a pdf with purchases on my very first purchase and then have to wait a month for my winnings.

Chanced has the best games and the redemption process is MUCH easier than other sites I play on.

I am having fun...losing too much though.

I have been dealing with a nightmare experience on Chanced. On January 11, 2025, I submitted a legitimate, verified redemption request for 100.00 SC (Redemption ID 1755802). Ever since making that request, my account interface has been completely frozen.

I am totally locked out of daily rewards and basic features. I have tried handling this through live chat multiple times, and even sent a formal 48-hour notice to their support email which went completely ignored. They are actively holding my funds and stalling. If you are a new player, be warned: they will freeze your account the moment you try to cash out your winnings.

Seems near impossible to win on this site. But the bright side is, if/&when you do atleast they do have INSTANT redemptions unlike most.

I dont know if I had extremly bad luck with this site or its just a horrible site but I will tell you my experience I deposited 50$ and recieves 75 sweep coins over the next 45 mins I lost everything I was making 10 20 and 50 cent bets and never hit more than 1$ on a single spin. I also never hit a single bonus game. Okay bad luck I said, nooope I had the same experience on my next 2 deposits including 2 free spin bonus games to acompany the deposits where out of 30 spins I got a total of 0.0 cents back! Wow what a bonus

Fair gaming and quick payout time. Watch your redemption bc they snatch them sometimes screenshot your confirmation numbers. Other then that great platform.

I played at chanced and had a really good experience. I like the layout and the selection of games. I made my first redemption request today and I received my funds within 5 minutes after my request. I love when a SC casino pays out quickly! I highly recommend.

I don’t like how the Bgaming slots do not save your progression when playing a game where the bonus chests (I.e.) restart if you leave the game or if the game errors out you lose all progress that you have made which really sucks when you are playing with SC’s.

Also, the free games for spinning the wheel it always errors out on the last spin.

When I signed up they didn’t even give me the chance to buy any coins or use my rewards, kept saying I was using a VPN but I didn’t use a VPN. Contacted live chat for support & they were rude, not helpful and didn’t provide any help either. Closed my account with disappointment.
