Update: So I’ve always loved Chanced as they would process their redemptions very quickly(within a few hours),
But I have been waiting for well over 24 hours now and my redemption is still pending. I cannot stress this enough: How an online gaming platform handles their redemption is one of the most important things about the platform itself. Most companies have instant redemption or is done within a few hours, with some companies offering compensation for redemptions not processed within a hour or two window.

I am leaving a 1-star review due to predatory automated security practices and a complete lack of customer support. I won a legitimate balance of over $100 on this platform playing through my sweepstakes coins fairly.
​When I went to request my first redemption, the payment processor glitched out. I contacted live support, and the agent explicitly told me to try a different redemption method. When I followed their exact instructions and updated the payment medium, their automated system flagged it as suspicious activity and locked my account completely.
​I have full, saved transcripts of the support staff telling me to retry the withdrawal, meaning I did absolutely nothing wrong. My funds are completely frozen, and my account has been deactivated under a generic "Terms of Service" violation banner with zero explanation or due process.
​I submitted a formal Clause 24 Notice of Dispute to their compliance email on June 4th, and they have completely ignored it, breaking their own 10-day response policy (Clause 20.4). I have now filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (Sheridan, WY location) and will be taking this to JAMS individual arbitration if my verified winnings are not released.
