Hi Rachael, I'm so happy you're enjoying your melts. As I explained, my melts are made from soy wax, and they need a tealight burner or an electric burner of at least 40w. They won't work with Scentsy or wall-plug-in warmers.
I have this information on my product pages on the website as I want to make sure customers have the right burner to fully enjoy my melts.
I also recommend that burners are not placed next to windows, doors or draughts as that can also affect how warm the burners get.

Christmas Wax Melts
Wax melts were ordered just before Christmas and delivery date was after Christmas, however the wax melts were delivered on Christmas Eve, really pleased with service, highly recommended. The wax melts themselves are good, strong smell only lasts a few days but are excellent when burning, flavours are excellent wanted a Christmas smell and all did not disappoint. Thank you to Emma and would buy again from Chandlers Wax Melts.
