Professional, knowledgable and thorough …
A new engineer for this years annual inspection/service of fire extinguishers. Lee was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He was also pleasant to deal with which is important when you have to accompany someone across the sites and it takes more than 3hours. Chubb aren’t the cheapest company around but I would recommend based on this visit and the many previous years -10 plus I think! Thank you

Arranging the service booking was very straightforward and the service itself was painless, carried out by a very pleasant, considerate and helpful man. However, having been told at the booking I would be telephoned on the morning of the day with the time of arrival for the service, that did not happen. The service took place at about 4.00pm.
