I moved house almost two weeks ago and I was very impressed with the service from this removal company. I forgot to ask for a wardrobe to move hanging clothes but they called me the day before the move to check if I needed one. The move was hassle free and the men worked solidly straight through until all boxes were in my new home. They moved everything carefully and were polite and helpful. I thoroughly recommend them.

Egis and Dave helped us move and they were THE BEST removal men we’ve ever experienced. Very polite, on time and helpful. We’ll definitely be using their service again and we’d love to recommend them to everybody

Organising my home move was made so simple by Asta, who explained everything I needed to know and reassured me no end! The guys that moved us were just amazing and worked so so hard. They were so helpful and careful in ensuring no walls were knocked etc. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone - can’t fault them one bit. I have just had a really brilliant experience with City Removals East Midlands, which I want to share for anybody agonising over which removal company to pick in what can be a stressful experience. Their quoted price was far more competitive than four other companies, they were very responsive prior to the move and ensured they understood all the requirements, which involved incorporating some changes to the original spec. It was a complicated move, involving two pianos, and loading and unloading various items at four addresses starting in Nottingham and ending up in East London, via Milton Keynes and Harpenden. They arrived early, showed brilliant professionalism and care handling all the items, tremendous geometrical problem solving, and all done with a smile and a friendly manner. Cannot praise Asta, Egis and Dave highly enough for all their hard work. Very happy to recommend them for potential future customers.

Excellent removals company for an excellent price. Very professional, equipped with everything we needed to move - from furniture coverings, to TV and wardrobe boxes. The team were quick, friendly and helpful. We will definitely be recommending City Removals to friends.

I moved on the 27 November 21 and City removals were fantastic. Punctual, professional and friendly and they couldn’t do enough to help make the move as smooth as possible. I came off my motorbike on the way back from fetching the keys to my new home (thank you to the kind people who stopped to help) and City Removals worked around the delay and managed to complete the move. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

Many many thanks to all the staff involved in a fantastic job moving our belongings. We changed the date and this was not an issue (only late changes are charged). The energy, friendliness and efficiency of this company is really good. There was one breakage, a light bulb - and they let me know immediately - out of 2 van loads, this is pretty amazing. No wardrobe too big, no tea breaks, and the price is competitive!

Moving home is the most stressful thing, City removals made it look easy. Requested them to come at 10 they were prompt arrived at 945. We initially when they came for quote I did not have any furniture to be dismantled but we changed our mind in between and they accepted our request without any hassle. They staff who came to remove were polite and removed items in swift and moved the boxes to the room we needed. I will happily recommend them and use them in future.

City Removals provided an excellent service, which was reasonably prices. The guys were professional, very efficient, friendly and had an excellent working ethics. In the beginning, my whole experience with purchasing the house was dreadful and I was expecting more things to go wrong on the day of the move. However, I was very nicely surprised, as the guys showed up on time and made they whole move look effortless. They were very efficient in disassembling the furniture and very careful in moving it. And then I found everything in the new home where I would have placed it myself. The moving day was the easiest day of the whole moving house process. Could not recommend the company enough!

Excellent Service. We used this company to move us from Nottingham to Mablethorpe. Van arrived dead on time. The guys were professional, polite, hardworking and did the removal with no fuss or drama at all.
We packed most of our belongings but they had TV boxes and wardrobe boxes if required. Cannot give one fault, and cannot recommend highly enough. Absolutely Brilliant !

City removals were fantastic. We used them yesterday and it was such a stress free experience. We had someone come out to quote which was very reasonable and on the actual day, the guys turned up on time, we’re polite and such quick workers. Everything was out of our house within a couple of hours and we had so much stuff. The guys took apart and reassembled all of our furniture and even managed to fix our dodgy sofa in the process. If I ever have to move, I would definitely use this company again! There were zero issues. Thank you all so much for helping us!

Without doubt the best possible service we could have imagined. It took the guys less than 4 hours to completely move everything out of our old place and all set up in our new place.

They were 100% considerate of all of our things and used things like a TV protector box, mattress covers, floor covers.

No job was too big or too small. All large items were taken down and then put back together at the other end.

The value for money was absolutely incredible as well. We had two quotes and these guys were was £350 cheaper than the other quote we had.

We had two lovely chaps who were also really friendly with my little boy too who was very excited with the move

Would 100000% recommend these guys for anyone who is looking for a professional and efficient service when moving home.
