Very happy with products and delivery time was outstanding

I placed an order for black roofing sheets in September. The company accepted my order and payment before then telling me that (I assume their most popular product) there was a 12 week delay. They don't want to engage or discuss.
However - worryingly, I notice that more than a month later they are still accepting orders and up-front payments for this product, advertising delivery in 3 days.

The material I ordered were good and the packaging was fine as well. The order included clear corrugated roof sheets fixing for them and fascias and soffits - price about 850£. Reasonable. The communication was reasonable. I would have given five stars if there wasn't the logistics problem.

What it didn't go so well was the logistics. The first half of my order has come in the four or five days which was excellent. The delivery guy brought four out of four pieces provide to him in their storage. So he has done his job. However this was just the soffits and the faces and the fixing for the roof but not the corrugated clear sheets which were most important to come first. I couldn't find a contact number in the website so I had to use the live chat system, which is not really life and sometimes you need to wait for response about few tens of minutes or more. Some of the people in the chat were very helpful some of they just polite but not too helpful. It took about a few days for them to find where the rest of my delivery is. After that in about a week later I have received the rest of my parcel. Other problem was that I have order 27 pieces of some supporting material and when I was mounting the sheets I found that there were actually 24 so I have to skip any without screws or otherwise I had to reorder more and wait I don't know how long.

Happy with materials but not with the timing of gogistics.

After looking all over the internet for a polycarbonate roof for my lean-to i found clear Amber site and very glad I did. Right from the start they were great. The phone help line was very helpful, the ordering process was simple and the delivery was great. When the parts arrived they were obviously of a very high quality and every part fitted perfectly. Some suppliers may be a little cheaper but the quality is by far better and well worth a couple of pounds more and unlike others, the delivery is free. In short i cannot rate clearamber highly enough.

Beautifully packed. Bought it to replace greenhouse glass and while it flexes a bit the 3mm is fine for 2 foot wide panes. The sticky sealant stuck all the right bits together. Only problem is now I shall have to wash the rest of the greenhouse glass.

Excellent service, I messaged with what was needed & they cut my order to size for me so all I needed to do was fit it.

Clear Amber stormproof roofing is top notch stuff, nice and wide and strong, makes it very easy to work with, this is my second project using this product and company, very happy. I could get cheaper roofing from a home build store but past experience has shown me that it's not worth it, Clear Amber products are extra strong and can with stand a tile falling off the roof of the house. as they say you get what you pay for..

I built a lean too side shed. I purchased a sheet of polycarbanate 5m x 1m (cut to size)
It was delivered 2 days later on time. It was wrapped in a plastic covering to protect it whilst in transit.
I took it out its protective covering and put the sheet of polycarbanate on the shed and attached it. It fitted in place exactly. A great product very sturdy 16 mil, lets the light in. Finished my DIY job brilliantly.
