I Purchased Clearamber's Axiome Clear 10mm Twinwall Polycarbonate Sheet to provide cover over my raised Koi pond.
The polycarbonate sheets were excellent quality and perfect for the project.
Customer service was exceptional and kept me updated throughout. Delivery was very fast and their products supplied at VERY competative prices.
I highly recommend Clear Amber and will be using them on my next project.

I brought some corrugated clear roof panels 7ft long. I ordered 7 and i kept going back an checking ,because the price was so low ( I thought i ordered mini size 😂) l will definitely buy from this company again ....fantastic pricing

They are very swift in delivery they are helpful with ordering and they are tidy and respectful of the products they deliver and of the property they deliver too. Well that’s my experience anyway . If you want to experience the exhilarating rush of placing an order, only to have the wrong bits turn up, this is the place to come. What is more, you can enjoy the ongoing excitement of complaining and requesting they send the right part, but then getting the wrong part again. This really is the gift that keeps on giving, as they are not shy about doing this MULTIPLE TIMES.

They have a phone number that will only play you pre-recorded messages, no matter what option you press, and an offensively terrible live chat system that tells you you are speaking to a human, but still returns auto-responses... Honestly kinda hilarious.

Product is good - bought Alukap Glazing Bars for repairs to customer’s timber conservatory roof, but service poor. Checked delivery before starting job and all seemed fine but when installing it turned out they had not sent enough gasket (needed 28m so presumably someone couldn’t be bothered to measure it and just guessed). They offered to send me some more which is fine but weren’t interested in the fact that a one day job now turns into 2 days. I can’t charge the customer more so I lose a days work. Just a small partial refund as a gesture to show they are interested in putting things right would have helped but they point blank refused until I threatened a charge back on my credit card! That triggered a phone call from them (good luck if you want to phone them though - no contact numbers anywhere), but all they wanted to say was that if I did make a charge back then they wouldn’t send me the missing gasket!
Mistakes happen, but it’s how you sort them out that makes the difference. There are plenty of other businesses out there who offer the same type of products so needless to say I’ll be using someone else in future and recommend everyone else does the same.

I needed a poly sheet that would allow light in but not be see-through, and that would be easy to handle and cut due to its location.

I found this product online and decided to buy and try it out! It was long enough to fit the roll I intended to use. I used the poly as windows, not a roof, on a new 5.5x6.2-meter workshop. In the build, I'd decided to build the roof like a skylight! For this, I needed this type of product, and I wasn't disappointed. I have yet to finish off the bottom of each enclosure with a drip edge, but with all the strong winds and driving rain, the build has remained dry.

Yes, I'd buy this again, and the price was so cheap it is unbelievable. As for fixings, I used polytop nails as the fixings I'd ordered were not needed.

I needed a 10mm panel to urgently create a shower wall, i order a panel from clearamber and 2 lenghts of edging.
it arrived next day i was astounded by the spead and quality of the delivery and protective packaging , which i reused as a floor protector during building works

BEWARE - ordered £2500 worth of product. Refused to send a sample in advance. Product arrived in a damaged packaging. No telephone number to call a human. Chatbot programmed to ignore customers. Not an amazing product by any means. Absolutely zero customer service from start to finish. Refuse to answer any technical queries.

Easy to order, cut to size correctly, delivered quickly in good condition. no problems with order.

The quality of the materials was brilliant, the delivery timeframe was exactly as they promised and the products arrived in beautifully wrapped packaging. Just perfect, loved every bit of the experience of shopping with them.

Ordered a load of Axiome Opal 16mm Multiwall from this company plus a load of other stuff. Can’t fault them as everything turned up exactly what I ordered. Kept informed of my delivery so would definitely use again.

Wrong size sheet was oringinally sent out, But everything was handled professionally and correct sheet was delivered within 24h.
I also made a mistake in one of the parts ordered, this was refunded and my order was ammended with the correct part I originally should have ordered being sent out. Communication throughout was great.
Overall I'm quite happy with the order. Will for sure use ClearAmber again in the future.

50 sheets of Onduline delivered 3 days late and then, when it did arrive, it was the wrong colour.

Impossible to contact on the phone. I would not reccomend this company to anyone who wants a human interaction. Their recorded messages claim how important it is for "you to chat with our teams" The recorded message goes on to say "during these incredible times[!!] we have streamlined .... we are passionate ....but due to increased demand we cannot take your call." It then goes on to explain that one should have received a clear amber link by email etc etc,Go to clear amber.com etc etc. The bottom line is "DO NOT BOTHER TO TRY TO SPEAK WITH US!!! WE ARE NOT INTERESTED GET LOST!!"
I tried on numerous occasions to speak with somone and never succeeded.
