Order HRT prescription quarterly. Really easy service - drop them an email, pay and receive meds next day. Very efficient, never a problem.

Rapid delivery and response to problem
Rapid delivery but inside of transport box was wet - the refrigerant bag had leaked. Other contents were packed in their own sealed plastic bags so unaffected. Reported to originator who reassured but also offered replacement.

CloudRx to the rescue !
I've been really let down by my own pharmacy, not sending my pen, not answering either the phone or emails, so when CloudRx contacted me to say they were going to send it, I was doubtful because I'd never heard of them. However, within 48 hours my pen was delivered, together with new needles, instructions, and a lovely decent sized sharps box.
I am extremely grateful to them and hope to have contact with them in future

2nd prescription came 6 weeks late and…
2nd prescription came 6 weeks late and the 3rd a week later and the wrong dose and they sent these after doing a chargeback and emailing saying I no longer wanted to deal with the company. Ordered from dr franks who use cloud 9
