Very poor service
Very poor service they willingly take your money but don't deliver what they say I paid nearly £10. For next day delivery before 12.00 and it not arrived!

Wish I could go lower than a 1
Wish I could go lower than a 1 - dealing with dr franks as part of cloud RX. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
Ordered a 3 pen pack, it’s taken 5 months to get all pens, including a period of 8 weeks over December and January with no pen at all. The final pen has just arrived and I was relieved the ordeal of dealing with them was over - and it’s the wrong dosage. Cannot get any response out of them? Don’t know if I will be able to get the correct pen. Unsurprisingly the website is advising that the phone number is currently out of service and email communication only!! I am reporting them to the relevant parliamentary and industry authorities!!

I never receive my prescription because…
I never receive my prescription because it's got damaged on the way and no one notifies me I had to phone up cloud RX to find out what happened and then they issued me with another prescription this is not a joke when you are dependent on medication and if my child misses a day it's a serious implications for his health so I felt very let down

Unfortunately, we are not notified by the courier when a parcel is damaged in transit until it is returned back to the pharmacy, which can result in delays outside of our control. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we arranged for the medication to be resent to you at no additional cost.

We're now 10 days without medication
We're now 10 days without the medication our son needs, and no real light at the end of the tunnel. We've not received any delivery updates from Cloud Rx's carrier, and no ability to schedule redeliveries. Cloud Rx scheduled our redelivery for us on a day when we were out, without asking us when we would be in, now it's stuck at Royal Mail. Repeated emails to try and arrange delivery or requesting that a new package is sent result in the same response and no action.

Brilliant customer service
Customer service staff always reply promptly to any queries and are extremely helpful. Postage is always very fast, usually next day delivery which is great. My only negative point is that I am never able to access my account online to reorder my prescription and always have to email directly. This is despite asking for a new password etc etc. If this issue was solved it would 5/5!
