I have played and won several times. I have received every withdrawal I have requested. But is was only for $50 or $60 wins np problem. My only beef is that when u get to a certain level. Their deposits, start at no less than $50. And you don't win very often. Other than that it's all good. Guess I was one of the lucky ones to receive my winnings

Attention ce casino c'est de la pure arnaque, j'ai mis 50€ + 50€ de bonus, je suis monté à 200€ et j'ai annulé le bonus pour pouvoir retirer les 150€ de différence.
Seulement si vous annulez votre bonus vous perdez tous les gains réalisés avec ! Donc les 200€ ont disparut il restait seulement mes 50€ de base.
A savoir aussi que vous n'avez pas le choix de prendre le bonus et pour pouvoir retirer vos gains il faut miser 35 fois le montant du bonus donc pour 50€ il faut miser 1750€
Autant vous dire que c'est une arnaque bien ficelé vous ne retirerez presque jamais vos gains !
Préférez plutôt les casino qui déduisent les bonus de vos gains et non ceux qui suppriment vos gains liés au bonus au moment du retrait !

I’ve just seen this new review aswell I am in the same boat I e call gaming commission I am now taking legal action against this conpany they should not be trading as a gaming company at all and if the gaming commission lets this carry on then I am totally shocked by it they need to be closed down urgently after all the reviews of you look about the company that runs them jumpman gaming what a complete robbing scam company they are

After reading this and many like this.. and there's many issues like this , you will find the Company is very fraudulent and thivish. Its going 5 days now and I still haven't received my monies yet , I supplied all my documents and had 2-3 withdrawals already that took each time 4-5 days to receive after several emails but this time I just get auto responses .
I feel the company doesn't have the funds to pay winners so they drag you along till they make up the money if you lucky and I also feel victimised as my surname and complection don't allow me to be serviced accordingly.

They send you to a VR code to upload your id documents and the code and id verification site don't work so it is impossible for you to get money out. Avoid this Casino at all costs it is an ABSOLUTE FRAUD. This is definitely a scam. They don.t ask for any id when you upload money but then they fail to let you withdraw without it. I also have had the experience where the customer service never respond to you. I am sure this must be contrary to the Lottery and Gaming Commissions rule on responsible gambling as they make you carry on playing with your winnings until they are all lost. I urge all those with the same problems to start bombarding the Commission with email complaints so this company can be shut down quickly. FRAUDSTERS

Do not touch this site. Complete scam, will not let you upload documents you need to withdraw but will happily take your money. No email response. When you log out and try to log back in you get an invalid email notification. Tried to reset but never receive the email link. They’re criminals, have reported to the gaming agency.
