This is the worst site I have ever played on.
The games are totally rigged and it’s really obvious.
I always play Big Bass Bonanza and it will always give you 2 scatters but if you watch on the last 2 reels there are no scatters on them and this happens 9 out of 10 times.
This site can not be regulated because they have to give you a fair chance and Clover Casino will just rob you blind.

I was actually going to give 5 stars. Good games, had some good wins and even though they ask for a lot of documents to verify account which is annoying. Once verified withdrawals are normally paid out by the next day.

I am however only giving 1 star. After having my account fully verified and having a few wins. I went to withdraw for about the 4th/5th time. It wouldn't let me and said to contact support (still waiting to hear back and don't know how long that will take)
I logged in today and it said to upload documents. Went to the upload documents page and all my documents are still there and verified. If they plan on asking for more they won't be getting them, they already ask for more than any site should to start with. I provided and had that verified.

Update: 7 days later + me sending a follow up email to them and still no response. So I can't withdraw but also can't get a response to tell me why.

Update 2: 20 days without a response. Tried opening a case on resolver to get a response. I did get one but they have gone in circles asking me the same details 4 times now so still won't get an answer.
Basically they don't want people to play on the site?

Would rate it less if u could absolute joke of a customer service team no live chat, blocked my account uploaded all documents they should require and still not responding. Dont think they should be allowed to operate without out a live chat and the email process can take up to 3 days for a response, where see if I get my withdrawal winning but like everyone else below not looking likely stick to main sites not worth the hassle

I didn't race to upload my verification documents but I wish I had. You cannot upload from an existing photo so have to use the sites fixed settings. After half an hour of trying to square up my ID doc I came to the realisation that it would never accept what I wanted to upload. The message flicked from too close, move closer align even when I had my details square in the frame. Don't sign up, there are plenty of user friendly sites out there.

Absolutely awful website. Do not use, very happy to take your money but seem to make it impossible to make withdrawals. Conveniently very easy to deposit though! Useless customer service and awful response times. AVOID!!!!!

Avoid clover casino like the plague, £76 winnings disappeared from my account, they have no live chat! Email support said its in my account, its not! Sent 5 emails to them asking them what's going on and iv been completely ignored. Also 20 free spins awarded but surprise surprise they ain't there! I have emailed the group that own the casino and yet again no response!

After seeing all the reviews I'm kinda worried I have a £30 withdrawal and it's still pending if I don't get my winnings it'll be a 1 star if I do I'll give more stars.

Absolutely horrendous site - talk about scamming people. Since when does a site need your bank statement to verify you or to make sure you can afford it. LOL what a joke. Am seriously considering reporting them to the gambling commissioner and i strongly suggest everyone else does to. What i spend my money on has nothing to do with them.

Please please whatever you do do not play some of these sites and thoroughly read the reviews. Some of them are obfuscating the rules around enhanced due diligence and are asking for the most sensitive of detail that not even your mortgage Lender would ask for. They also ask questions about transactions on your personal account and they also asked for my tax returns for this year which aren't even due for 4 months.
I put in £300 and won £400 and it has taken me two months to get that withdrawal. This is a seriously bad organisation, calling it organisation doesn't feel right as nothing is organised their apart from the attempted theft of your money.

Awfull experience. I understand, when casino ask for document when i register. Then ask me for same documetns when i make first deposit. I was lucky and won (no wager, because i don't use any bonus offer). Then ask me for document again (???). And at last, when i want withdraw my £800, they block my account, nobody answer my emails and any cominication was only waste my time, because nobody want help or answer my questions.

I am at the end of day 8 waiting for my £100 withdrawal.
I had an email reply after 5th day to say give it until the end of the day....
Which I did and now what? Ive emailed again, no reply, you can't call as it says we are not taking phone calls, the live chat isn't responding. So now what?
It says my withdrawal has been processed and it hasn't asked for any security checks.
I play a few sites and never had any issues withdrawing money. Usually its within 2 hours aswell. So I would say stay clear of this site.
