Today I had a demonstration from Comfort plus reps Jordan and his step father david. It was really fun and friendly. My favorite part was that it wasnt rushed and they took their time to explain everything. I dont think they couldve done anything better! The chair is the best ive ever seen!

We had a demonstration of products at Avon Court which was not only fun but very informative too. The tenants here loved the cream scones (nice touch) - not to mention the road test of the chairs and beds that were brought along.
A good couple of hours interaction and personal 1-1 chats about product suitability.

Old fashioned hard sell visiting groups of retired people
Pushy salespeople. Visit my elderly parent in her retirement complex. There are no prices for chairs or beds in their brochure. They also sell an overpriced biofreeze gel which is unsuitable for fragile skin. and has a fire hazard warning on it. It is assumed that elderly people have lots of spare money, but they don't as they're already paying high fees to live in these places and having carers in. Some may have memory issues and disabilities. Easy to sell products to them they don't need. There needs to be more regulation. This is an old fashioned way of selling. There are far more superior gels, skin friendly gels for pain. The scooters are overpriced. Rollators start at £130. Yes some of these adjustable beds and chairs are useful. But it's the way they're sold to people. Put the prices in the brochure. So they can compare with others.

As our chairs and beds are made to measure, with over 100,000 possible combinations, we do not include set prices in our brochures. Instead, we offer a simple comfort discovery assessment to understand individual needs and provide a clear, upfront quote before arranging any visit. Transparency is key to our approach, ensuring customers have all the information they need before making a decision.
Regarding mobility scooters, our models are priced at the manufacturer’s RRP and are selected for their high quality, reliability and durability, ensuring long-term value.

Kane and Dave visited our lodge and demonstrated their beds, chairs and many other items ideal for the elderly and less mobile, as they said age doesn't worry about health, young or old they have something for all.
The guys were very entertaining, great product knowledge, my residents are still talking about them today. The two of them are a credit to Comfort Plus and worthy of every penny they are paid, the goods speak for them selves, good quality built to a high standard and meant to last.
