Placed order 02 July and 11 days later still no delivery. I have contacted them twice and still no reply, will hopefully recover money back from bank :(

Update - contacted bank and they are issuing me with a refund and will look into getting the money back from Cooltowel

Like everyone else, order never arrived and it's been 3 weeks with no information. Reporting to Trading Standards. Taking orders, claiming to have stock and not fulfilling after taking money is fraud.

Absolutely appalling service. Ordered on the 26th June and still nothing had been delivered even though delivery said 2-4 days. Spoke to Harrison twice over email and both times been guaranteed itll be there within 2-4 days and it still hadn't turned up. Could've got it other cheaper brands but decided to pay that bit extra and get a proper one. DO NOT BUY! YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY!!!! Ill be writing to the ombudsman and contacting my bank ti try and get my money back. Appalling service

Ordered on 27th June, said 2 to 4 days for delivery, now 13 days later and still waiting for it, keeps promising it’s on its way, no tracking for it at all! Have now asked for a refund, do not order from here!!!

Pity it only goes to 1 star. Not even worth that. Takes orders he cannot fulfil, then when you complain promises it will be delivered then you get another email saying oh sorry I cant - followed by excuses blah blah. You chose the publicity nobody else and you have been mugged off. Dont use this company who promise a lot and deliver NOTHING. They are good at taking your money though!

Not delivered! Silence no email but took £40 if my money. I will be reporting this to my bank.

Ordered on 26 June and paid immediately. It's now 4 July and the towels haven't even shipped yet. No updates, no notifications about delays or anything. Just...silence.

Ordered 24th June. States 3 to 4 working days. 5th July no package. Sent request about order on their platform, nothing.
Orderd from the original towel company given the story, could have bought copy's from various companies and cheaper but, i like to support the story given behind this young lad.
Very disappointed, no communication response. Thought id have it in time for the next heatwave.
Not good really. May have to phone up my credit card company.

Ordered a towel on the 25th June and it is now the 3rd July and I have still not received this. I have emailed but no reply. Web site says if you have not received the product in 3 days to contact them and they will reply immediately. Guess what... they haven't. Terrible customer service. Please sort it out!

Placed an order on Wednesday the 24 June. It’s now now 1st of July and although I have contacted them by email, their website chat and Instagram I have been ignored across all platform with no tracking update provided at all.

I still don’t have my product one week after ordering without any contact at all.

Ordered 23rd June and I’m still waiting to receive this cool towel checked via Shopify for any updates NOTHING !!! No sign of it won’t respond to emails no other way of contacting them FUMING ! taken it further if not delivered and want my money back why push this as a great product if you can’t fulfill your orders .

Damaged bottle when it arrived as it wasn't packed properly meaning I can't use the bottle to store which was the bit I liked about this product. I really don't like the towel either - yes it feels a bit cold to start with, but to be honest - it just feels wet - in turn just making me feel more damp and clammy.
Bad product - I wish I hadn't wasted my hard earned money. Do not bother.

10x the cost of the exact same item on Aliexpress, only thing that’s entrepreneurial about this product is maximising profit with minimum effort

Ordered online and got my package within the week. Great quality and helps me massively after playing sport. Much better than others on the market.

Harrison is a pleasure to speak to and the product is fantastic. Its helped so much with my menopause and i will definitely be ordering more for my holiday!

If I could give zero I really would. Awful to deal with. Cheaper on other sites but I wanted to buy from source. Never received items and despite me contacting them twice I have never heard from them.
