I worked with Sharon and she was super helpful and knowledgeable. I needed custom hard hats and only had half a day to complete the order before I left non vacation and we were on a tight timeline for the hats too. She guided me through and was very professional. Hard hats arrived early and looked super great. She suggested some tweaks to the art and colors and she was right. 5 or of 5. Will do business with again.

What I needed, quick shipment.

Good product, but shipping took to long for price. Cost me 17 dollars in shipping cost for a 4 day delivery, other companies would be cheaper or for that price it would be over night shipped.

Sharon, was very helpful, But received no notice from the shipping dept.
or anyone else concerning my order. Every time I checked online the website said I had no orders. So I had no idea if my order had been placed or when expected shipment was. Sharon checked for me and said my order was shipping the next day. I got home that day and my order had arrived. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. Sharon is the only bright spot in my experience with Cooper Safety

Cooper Safety Supply is very responsive, not to mention quick. Customer service is very personable and efficient. I will continue to order through this company.

We received the order of 12 hard hats, but 3 of the hats had broken head rests. A plastic insert was broken on 3 of the hats and will need to be replaced. The lids themselves are great, but it is disappointing that 25% of the order was not usable. The inside head rests need to be replaced.

I have second thoughts about the product you shipped to me. They were longer than the previous ones I ordered in the past.

The hard hat was great ,But I email your customer service about something and got back a smart a%% response. Therefore I will not be using Cooper Safety Supply again. You need to train your people in the art of customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Easy to find the item I wanted. Priced right and the shipping was fast. I am very happy with the item purchased and the service.

Ordered items and paid a little extra for 3 day shipping cause we wanted it quick. After waiting a few days and expecting the order we called to find out order was on backorder. We would not have ordered these items had we known they were not in stock.

Communication could have been better.

Timing from order date to receipt was 1 week and 2 days which I thought should be better when paying for 3 day shipping.

A poor experience from the start. I ordered 2 pair of gloves on 12/14. Didn't receive them until after Christmas. Order was for 2 pairs of XL gloves. One of the pairs was mismatched XL/L. XL is too small to begin with so the sizing is not comparable to other gloves. I have since brought this to the attention of Cooper, send back the mismatched gloves and will be calling today to find out why I haven't received the correct order of a pair of 2XL gloves.

I made a simple order of 8 hard hats on a Monday. The website indicated you had all 8. I paid $75 for 2nd day air shipment. On Wednesday when I did not see the hats come in, I called you guys. Guess what? You didn't have the hats. You didn't notify me that you were out. I wasted two days waiting for something that wasn't coming in. The good news is that I found another site where the hats were $4 cheaper than yours and only charged $60 for NEXT DAY air. Thanks for turning me on to a better supplier.
