My first order left a bad taste
The first order I placed showed everything was in stock. However, approx. a week after I placed the order, I received an email from customer service stating the manufacturer was out of stock on all of the items I ordered (obviously a drop ship program) so they would have to issue me a refund.
Approx 1 week after I received the email I called and talked to someone in customer service and they said they would see to it my refund was issued promptly.
So, I waited another week then I had to open a case through PayPal in order to get my refund. It only took 1 day after I opened the case through PayPal to get my full refund.

Pat, on behalf of everyone at Cooper Safety I sincerely apologize for the poor experience you had with us. I want to assure you this was an anomaly and I hope it won't deter you from trying us again.
By way of an explanation (no excuses) we had recently migrated to a new eCommerce platform and some products previously marked as "discontinued" in our old database came into the nes database as "active". We do have a warehouse of over 5,000 stocked items (we are not drop ship only) and usually we ship within one business day.
With our new system we also added Paypal as a payment method. Admittedly we are newbies to the platform and that is why the refund took as long as it did. As soon as you opened your case in Paypal we refunded you right away.
So while the first experience is hard to overcome I sincerely hope you give us another shot if you ever need any industrial safety products.

products were not delivered as …
products were not delivered as promised..actually they were not delivered at all...when I enquired with my client about the items and was told they never arrived I contacted copper and was told they were never sent. Then I was told they would be sent just to be told 3 days later that Copper did not have the items and asked did I want a refund...embarrassed me with my client.

New hard hats
Cooper safety worked hard with me through the whole process of delivering a great product (new hard hats with logo). Made sure the product I was receiving was the product I ordered down to every detail!!! Showed patience through the whole process and many emails and phone calls. Bought a respirator with face mask that was supposed to fit over eyeglasses. Unfortunately, it did not, but Cooper Safety Supply was great about exchanging it, and giving us a partial refund after we chose a different respirator with out the face mask. Very friendly and helpful. We would definitely use them again.
