Easy to order - quick to ship

I was on your webiste on aug. 18 and backed out of the ordering process because I did not want to pay 17 dollars shipping. Since I never received a confirmation of my order on Friday, Aug. 18 and could not find a copy of the order as being placed, I assumed it had never gone through. On Sat. Aug. 19 I saw a charge for the order on my credit card but could not contact Cooper [closed]. Without an order number, I was unable to trace the order and cancel it. I called Monday, Aug. 21 and a nasty customer service rep told me, "I find it hard to believe that you did not get an email confirmation" ... real nice customer service!!!

Then I suggest checking your Spam filters on your email. I don’t know what else I can do to get this to you. You may simply have to give it to your UPS guy and say it was delivered by mistake.

This is ridiculous and a waste of my time. The below number to request a RA is a ATT number which asks for a code number in order to proceed ... really????
come on people ... this order should never have been processed to being with.

Great products & fast service! This was the second time I ordered wrist braces from Cooper Safety, and I plan to order again in the future!

Quality product as described, inexpensive compared to others (Amazon) and expeditious arrival.

Kit was small and overpriced. This is not any good for a construction site.

What's not to like? I used them for 10+ years w/o complaint.

We were not sure what we needed exactly and received excellent support and guidance to find the right products. When we received our order and found that because of the type of eye glasses one of our techs wore that the face mask would not fit her 100%, we needed to return it. Cooper Safety worked with us on the return and getting the new equipment flawlessly. The equipment arrived on time as promised and is excellent for doing exactly what it is designed to do. We will be a long term customer.

Great delivery time but I need to send it back but no one has replied back to me on with a RMA#.

This is the second time I have placed an order and paid extra for 3 day shipping-that was a week ago and STILL no email that my order was even filled yet- yet alone SHIPPED with a tracking number of some sort, Horrible when it comes to filling orders PROMPTLY and getting them to their destination ON TIME.
