A fantastic service from start to finish. Anda was my property consultant who sent me the listings, met me at the properties, followed up with all the relevant details and met me for signing the tenancy and inspecting the property. The were a few minor things wrong at handover but Anda arranged to get these fixed and even arranged my internet service. A very pleasant person to deal with, highly professional as a person and as a company. Would highly recommend.

Cornerstone tell you want you need to hear, not just what you want to hear. Very constructive advice delivered in a professional manner.

TENANTS RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN AND DONT LOOK BACK!!!!

The epitome of what's wrong with the property rental industry, caring only for their profit by doing the ABSOLUTE BARE MINIMUM. So Landlords maybe a good option for you. As a disabled person, you'd expect them to be more attentive but hardly the case so without any vulnerability imagine how much worse it could be, save yourself the trouble and rent elsewhere for your own sanity!
In example: I've been waiting for my shower to be fixed fora week! And they have the audacity to call me about their legal requirements with no indication as to when they'd resolve issues I've been complaining about for well over a year including a black mold infested, geriatric washing machine they refuse to replace!
l'd highly recommend to tenants you search for agents with ethical morals and aren't money hungry narcissists with no regard for human life.

This is a really great estate agency. I recently rented a property from this agency. The service was first class. I cannot recommend highly enough. From the staff in the office to the manager and owner Martin. Nothing was to much trouble. I was able to view a range af properties with no bias from the viewing agent.

I found cornerstones to be very trust worthy and very professional in my condo purchase recently. Unfortunately my purchase fell thru but the boss martin and his staff helped me thru the problems i had and returned my funds in full. All in all i cannot praise them enougth and will hopefully be using them again in the future.

Had an issue that was out of the company’s hands, they rectified it and helped me straight away. The girls in the office are amazing especially Anda and Yai. They’ve looked after me more than others would. I will definitely keep using the company in the future and will recommend to anyone.

I recently purchased a property through Cornerstone Real Estate and could not be happier. My first Thai property purchase, a condo in foreign name, all done whilst in the UK, and the seller in his home country, New Zealand.
I did view the condo at the tail end of my trip earlier this year, but the offer was accepted once I was home.
Bee from Cornerstone showed me the condo, and then communicated with me throughout the purchase, and beyond.
Even now, 2 weeks after completion, she has just reported she has changed the bills to my name, and will arrange cleaning prior to my visit next month.
