We had only just moved to Thailand and we were recommended Cornerstone - Martin to help us find somewhere to live.

We found Martin to be a great communicator keeping us informed, every step of the way. He was also a good listener, helping us to find the type of property that we wanted. He created a great short list which was very suitable for our taste and budget.

He then came and picked up us and supported us with the visit to look at the property. This was very helpful as we were new to Thailand and were still struggling to get around. He stepped us through the process which again was new so we had limited understanding.

We chose the first property that we viewed and we are delighted with it. We were able to move quickly and again Martin supported us with this.

We would not have been able to get settled as quickly as we did without the support of Martin and we thank him for this. This has made a huge difference to us and our relocation.

Thank you to Cornerstone for the excellent efficient service. A tenant was found in double quick time, viewing and within a week the tenant had signed the 6 month contract and settled into the condo. Massive thank you to Siah who conducted most of the proceedings and made sure everything was covered from the point of view of the Landlord and the tenant. I will make sure I use cornerstone in the future when renting all of my properties as am chuffed to bit with the overall service.

I tried 3 different agencies. This is the 3rd house that I have rented for 6 months. It is by far the best, in terms of price and quality. But above all in terms of the service of this agency. I recently relocated from Australia to Thailand , Cornerstone were recommended to me by a friend. I contacted them and was taken to view apartments on 3 separate days , all told we viewed approx 12 apartments . Such a great experience with Cornerstone. I had lots and lots of questions about buying in a new country and they very patiently answered everything. I shopped for four very small condos to make into rentals as one of my 10-year-investment plans for the future. I knew nothing about the local condo market, what was a good deal, what wasn’t, or what areas were popular and what areas weren’t. Over the course of several weeks they very patiently showed me dozens of condos in my price range and by the time we finished I felt confidant in knowing the value of the condos against similar sized condos and most importantly the local locations, locations, locations.
