Disgusting customer service.

I placed an order for goods totalling over £53 which was a total of 10 items. They sent only 3 items from that order. I called the customer service from dead on 9am to find out where the rest of my goods are. No one answered the phone until 10am. I also sent several emails. No one has responded. No further feedback on my order. Just a conformation email for delivery. What the actual hell ???

I don’t want to order again on this website, at the end the price is not the same , you need to pay the taxe at the Postal center (15€). I should never have bought on this site !!!

I understand now why the package shipped the 13 march arrive only the 27 march on the Postal center…

I purchased two items, and they sent only one. I called to make a complaint, and they said it was a system error. The second item was sent 3 days later. Always use PayPal to cover your back for buyer protection.

I was quite upset that I had to stay an extra day to receive the second item that could have been sent together with the first item because I purchased the items at the same time.

I didn’t receive my order and now I have to pay double because of custom’s taxes that I have not been told at all. They didn’t send me emails to follow my order. It’s been 3 weeks now and they didn’t even answer their support email, and I have been sending 3 mails since my order never arrived. Avoid this website that are scammers.

I'm not happy with this company as I made a order to another address and the item's were to sent to my address.

I enquired if the address can be changed, to complain and I wasn't assisted only told someone would call me back and haven't.

Whenever I call to continue my complaint my number has been blocked. So I had to take the items to Royal mail and pay to have them delivered to another address...

Scammers. Took my money, didn’t provide the product. If you have money to waste then I can highly recommend this absolute steaming pile of dog dirt! Avoid at all costs!!

In my life this has been the worst customer service I've had.

Sold two tubs of expired Dark and Lovely kids hair relaxer kit. Items expired since July 2021 which is over a year ago and they are still selling them online. Thank goodness I had the sense to check before applying products to my daughter’s hair. I am now left with products I can’t use.

The colour was not correct. Really unhappy. Still waiting for response from company. 😞

I ordered Aztec Secret Indian Healing clay from this website. I’ve been buying this face mask for 6 years from Amazon US from the original company. This time I thought I would buy it from a Uk website as it would be easier.

The product I got from cosmetize.com it is unfortunately not authentic. I don’t know if you are aware of this. But by selling unoriginal, fake cosmetics it is very dangerous as they can cause severe burns, irritations and even deathly allergies to people.
You must always check the authenticity of a product before selling it.

One more thing about the product I found strange is that the packaging is very old, in poor conditions and the expiration date is in only 4 months. This is quite unusual as whenever I bought this from the original US company, it had at least 2 years expiration.

With all these being said, my experiece has been unpleasant and I don’t trust this website as they sell fake products.

I'm really pleased with Cosmetize. My delivery came on time and everything was in perfect condition.
Such a breath of fresh air after not having a great experience with another company (won't mention names).
This is now my go to for hair products!

I came across Cosmetize by accident and was amazed at the variety and low cost of some of my favourite hair essentials. The more you buy, in some instances, the greater the savings. I had everything I ordered on my doorstep in 4 days. I thought this was ok because I always order ahead of time anyway. I'm delighted with my new find.
