Found this website easy to use and received my first order from then on time , order was well packet and was all perfect.

The products I ordered were competitively priced, which is the main reason why I made my purchase with Cosmetize - and I have actually ordered from them before.
I received my delivery in good time, and was kept informed via e-mail of the shipping progress, and via the courier App of the delivery time.
I further received a customer satisfaction telephone call a few days later, from a friendly and pleasant young lady, who checked that I was happy with the products and service which they had provided - to which I assured her that I indeed was completely satisfied and had no complaints.

This company was new to me, but the service was fast and reliable.
The products were true to their description and very competitive in price
There was even an after care follow up phone call.
Will definitely be buying again

i have ordered on a few occasions after finding Cosmetize, the quality of service has been perfect, i received a call about my experience which is an unexpected plus for me. the packaging and delivery have both been to a very high standard. having ordered a variety of products each time everything was received quickly and correctly with nothing leaking. i would personally highly recommend them and they deserve a 5 star review

Been scammed. I ordered something off these in november. Order was ,£12.25. On Tuesday 30th January I noticed 2 amounts of 12.25 had come out of my bank. If I had it done I wonder if others have and not noticed , be aware. I have contacted my bank and they are going to investigate. I have now discovered my details were used in the cosmetize shop in Nottingham.

Bought a few essentials here cheaper than my regular site. I find it hard to find palmers products all in one place. I was put off with the reviews here but i chanced it and its was great. My order was shipped next day, was kept updated with tracking and was promptly delivered and tracked right up to my door. The bottle lids were all sealed with tape to secure them. Would definitely use again 100% reccomend.

The 'Sunny Isle Jamaica Black castor Oil (Lavender) Butter',-is more than fit for-purpose;this item is so aromatic in lavender fragrance and it's also quick-functioning in conditioning and growing hair: and to 'thin-out' its very thick texture,-I've mixed my Butter with herbal-infused Olive,, & Sunflower oils! This butter can be used as a skin conditioner also

We all know that things can go wrong when ordering online, but what we do expect is that
1. Customer support will pick up the phone.
2. There will be acknowledgement to your emails.
3. That they will adhere to the Consumer Rights Act.
4. I have asked Paypal for a refund for the missing items in my order.

Regrettably, my experience with cosmetize.com fell short of expectations. Faced delivery delays and received a couple of items not as described. Attempts to reach customer support were frustrating and unresolved. Hoped for a smoother purchase process.

Where shall I begin with ?
I ordered some hair relaxing product from this website wish I did not !! And 4 boxes came all defected and damaged. The bottles inside were opened and leaked. So, basically half of the product left and no sealing at all for them four . Very disappointed
and customer service was awful as well. Luckily I had ordered through PayPal so, escalated the matter as they were trying to manipulate the situation and not taking the responsibility. Still waiting for my payment after few weeks !! Any Way just wanna say DO NOT risk it and order from this website if you care about your self and ur body . All damage products and not good reputation.
COSMETIZE BYE FOR EVER ... NEVER AGAIN

Ordered around £60 of product at the start of April. So, £100+ elsewhere. The parcel was left outside, and went missing. Cosmetize sadly decided that's my fault, even though I didn't specify to leave it outside. They instantly stopped replying and they refuse to refund.

Naturally ive issued a charge back, and will go to trading standards as my bank has demanded that I do, as the seller openly is breaking the consumer rights act with proof.

It's disappointing though, I genuinely love using this place. Their prices are amazing.
Id definitely say, don't use this review as a reason not to buy, but be cautious of this and be aware you might have to fight for upto 5 months to get your money back.

Or use a credit card, which I regret not doing.
