Brilliant. I ordered my goods and they came on time.

Products were exactly what I ordered ,delivery was made on the date company said it would be.Keep upto date via email Would definitely shop with company again

I received the parcel in very good time. Unfortunately the products sent were incorrect and not what was ordered. I have tried to contact them about returning the items for a refund and was asked to send a picture of what I received which I did. No further response received from them. Very poor communication.

Update. Since posting the review I have been contacted and given a full refund and postage to send the products back. They sent the wrong product as they didn’t have the one I ordered in stock despite the website saying it was in stock. Due to the refund I have upgraded the review to two stars.

On line order made, easy to navigate website. Good details given about products. Delivery made via Royal mail tracker can be any time until four pm

Wahl 5 star cordless retailers: No issues with despatch and delivery,. However, after using 3 or 4 times they have started to overheat and are not charging properly. I emailed a week ago and have still not had a response! I have tried today to call but it goes through the options and then when you select tells you that you are first in the queue and then cuts you off. Not happy at all. I would like a full refund as the item is clearly faulty

A bit naughty that restrictions are placed on volumes of purchases of the same item to prevent access to free delivery so 1 star deduction for that. But I guess that’s the business model.

Once in while you get excellent service, but that comes with a price. Not my experience here. The price was the absolute lowest I found anywhere online (my usual online store was out of stock). I doubled my order and expected the shipping cost to increase. It didn’t. And the items arrived earlier than I expected. Well done! I will purchase again.

Well packaged.. good value for money

The ingredients listed on the websites are different to the ingredients listed on the bottles. This may not sound bad, but when I am highly allergic to certain ingredients it is bad.
Customer service just send send them
back. They said ingredients get changed due to government guidelines which is not true as surely it is law to list the correct ingredients.
This said the order was processed and delivered in good time.

Everything I ordered was on sale so made a massive saving and even with postage, it was cheaper than going to high street shop to buy. Every item was bubble wrapped and arrived in fab condition. Will definitely be ordering from this site again. We'll done

I ordered 6 crazy colours and knew they could take a while but when delivered they were well packed and protected and these are cheaper than other places I have tried
