Their website states "All our orders are dispatched on the same day*." and "* Same day Dispatch It refers to any order placed before 2pmBST on any day.". I placed an order on Friday evening, so by their policy I expected this to be dispatched on Saturday. However, it reached Tuesday and I had no confirmation of my order being sent so I contacted them. They said it had been dispatched but my order status didn't match this so I requested a cancellation. After requesting to cancel my order I then got a confirmation of my order being dispatched that day, AFTER I had emailed them and received a response saying it had already been dispatched. I did receive my items 2 days later but I wouldn't use this website again given their policies didn't match their service.

Delivery was quick and efficient. Price of products were cheaper than anywhere else I could find. Overall happy with my order 👍

Ordered a number of my favourite products from here for the first time and I must say that the prices are very good! My order was dispatched and delivered quickly and all the bottles where sealed with tape to ensure no leaking. I have found my new favourite online hair store!! Would definitely recommend.
