Couch Master 

I had a house warming party last month and my couch looked very bad. I went online to and engaged couchmaster. They were very prompt and booked me same day.

Peter arrived on time and did the job. My old rusty couch looks brand new again.

Can't be thankful enough.

Will recommend them to everyone.

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY - A man turned up already a few hours late and firstly said $200 for the over the phone then when he arrived said $350. He made me pay him first and then once the payment went through then took me to his van and said he can't bring bring the machine inside because of the rain. I either need to bring him a big umbrella or a tarp. When I questioned him about why he made me pay if he couldn't do the job, he said it wasn't raining before (it was). When I asked for a refund he refused and said he would come back another day. I said that I cant afford to lose this money and I don't trust that he will come back. He promised me he would and said he will give me $150 back but if I really want but that's it. When my partner came home he had to manually help him bring the machine in (45kgs), and waterproof the machine. Once the job was apparently 'done' and he took the machinery out to his van, I realised that he hasn't cleaned the back of the couch. He told me that I didn't tell him to so how was he suppose to know. Absolutely horrible service so not ever go with these people!!!

This is a scam!! Booked via couch master and the operator was 2 hours late for the appointment and quote a higher price which we told him we want to cancel and he agreed to do it for the price agreed. He told us to make payment before the job and swiped our card. He said he was goin to get his machine downstairs n after a few mins he disappeared and we could not reach him. After more than an hour and half the operator called back and said his boss said the price they quoted cannot be done for the job. We reported this as a scam! Rude n said tt he took so long to call us because we are NOT Proper paying customer when he has already taken our money. Avoid at ALL costs!

I have never written a bad review – till now.
The serviceman arrived two and a half hours late to clean a two seater fabric lounge and a 3 seater PU leather lounge for a quoted $200. On arrival we asked him to also clean a dining chair which he advised would cost $60.
The operator “cleaned” the fabric lounge first. The fabric lounge is still damp 3 days later and in a worse condition than when he started. Not one stain was removed and there are a few stripes where you can see he’s run the macine over. He quoted $30 additional for enzyme treatment and to de-odorise which we agreed to. He failed to mention that was per seat. Also removable back cushions apparently incur an additional charge.
He then moved to the PU leather lounge – only problem was he forgot to bring his leather cleaning kit so he borrowed a scrubber (from us), some dishwashing liquid (from us), a spray bottle (from us) and some old towels (also from us) and set about trying to scrub the lounge. After numerous attempts he advised that “it was the best he could do”.
The $200 quote plus the $60 for the additional chair we requested and the $30 treatment we agreed to turned into a $647 invoice for which we ended up with a wet stained and dirty fabric lounge and a leather lounge slightly cleaner in patches than before the serviceman arrived, four wet towels to wash and a little bit less dishwashing liquid than before he arrived. As stated in the heading - ONE STAR IS OVER GENEROUS!

THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Never ever let them take your credit card details. NEVER PAY FIRST. I made a mistake by paying before the job. Never heard from them. He kept on saying he will come but never came and in the end he said I am a bad customer. He was some Pakistani dude, he was very rude. My money is gone. Never got my couch job done. Can’t believe people can behave like this.

After alot of search around I landed on couchmaster. The guys came were very professional.

I had a rug which had some food and coffee stains that just wouldn't budge.

Booking team from couchmaster was very active and sent someone out next day. Jeff did his magic and now I have a brand new rug. Couldn't recommend enough.

I have a 3 seater which was ruined by kids and pets. Rang around alot but couldn't find a company that would guarantee me that all stains would go.

I didn't wanted to throw away the couch as it cost me alot of money to buy.

Arrogant & all about squeezing extra $$$ from your pocket. I was quoted $550 to clean 10 piece Modular lounge (2× 5 piece sets) & 3 rugs. That turned into $1,100 with some kind of enzyme treatment, Scotchguard & deodorising. Reluctantly I wore that cost as I took the guy on trust, he saw his chance to make $$$. I wasn't home, my wife told me she paid him but he did not do the cushions for back support, clearly part of the lounge. He told my wife they are extra. Didn't finish the 3 rugs as promised & then left. He came back only with me submitting to pay $40 extra for each of the 12 back support cushions, i.e. lounge parts not extra cushions. So, 2 x 5 piece Modular lounges, plus 3 rugs cost me over $1,600. The guy is incredibly arrogant. He argued with me about it all when I was driving home from work & would not back down or do the right thing in any way. He spent about 4 hours total at our house & charged over $1,600. Even had the nerve to tell me the steam cleaning machines are expensive. Avoid at all costs. This guy thinks vaccuuming a lounge is hard work worth $400/hr. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Jeff from couchmaster has been cleaning my sofas and carpets for years. He is a consummate professional. Easy to deal with, excellent and smooth communication, very reliable, does a great job and a very good price. I highly recommend it.

I went to Jeffs CouchMaster Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning today to deep clean all the carpets in my apartment until the end of the "lease", including the kitchen rug, L-frame sofa and king mattress and set. Absolutely amazing! Our sofa bed, armchair and rug were dirty after a year in storage and thanks to Jeff they look brand new! Jeff quoted over the phone and arrived on time and the final price matched the quote which was great value. The before and after pictures show the couch and chair and the after picture of the rug! I can't recommend him enough..

SCAM He took $160 to clean my couch but he didn’t gave me the receipt and he kept the money for call out fee. He never cleaned my couch and He never said anything about call out fee. He is the not professional, he just making money from using other people’s money. I reported him to police and I will go further with that…

Alif was on time. He ensured we are aware of all pricing and process before he did anything. He was courteous and gentle. We were about to throw out our couch before we connected with couchmaster.

The work that CouchMaster Cleaning did was absolutely amazing! I keep my house pretty clean, but after seeing what the machines suck up there, it's definitely worth doing once or even twice a year if you have pets. As for the price in the name, the prices there can't be beat!.

Jeff did an amazing job bringing the carpet back to life and removing all the stains from the apartment! He was so patient with the difficulty of getting into the apartment and did the job efficiently. I highly recommend Couchmaster.

I engaged Couch Masters for a couch cleaning, enticed by their initial quote of $180 amid quotes ranging from $180 to $450. The technician's offer to scotchguard for an extra $150 seemed reasonable at the time. However, the cleaning proved futile as all stains remained visible, and the technician insisted they'd fade with time, which never happened.

The real shock came during payment when the bill skyrocketed to $850, comprising undisclosed ancillary costs. After negotiation, I reluctantly settled for $550. The deceptive quoting and ineffective service make Couch Masters a regrettable choice – an experience I wouldn't wish upon anyone.

BEWARE: complete scam company. Awful, rude and unprofessional customer service. We got overcharged $600 from our initial quote and our couch is dirtier than it was before they came. Instead of getting rid of any stains, they have created more. They have zero idea what they are doing and will ruin your furniture. When I complained they tried to charge me more for nothing and were extremely rude!!! Complete waste of time and money. DO NOT HIRE THEM. IT IS A SCAM!

I hot robed from "Mark and his team". They charged $759,00 up front for the job that never being done, they never showed up. After many call trying to talk with someone
"Mark" picked the call and asked me if I got prove that the job hasn't been done (imagine, how got the job woulfld be, I need to prove!!!). After seeing my prove and apologise he asked for a second chance to do. We booked for the coming week, again, never showed up. After a call him and asked for a refund he just blocked me.
They're SCAMERS and they'll stealing your money. Have a read they bad reviews, they answer: "sorry we don'thave you into our system"!!! Lies and more lies!
