Can't be more happy. Lounge is new again and price is very affordable!!

Jeff did my 4 Years old leather Lounge today, it had heavy soiling on it which accumulated over the Years. In less than one hour it was brought back to life after reaching upon a fair price.

Shocking company, do not do business with them. The couch looked worse once it dried, it was hard to tell while it was wet. I asked them to come back and received no replies to my calls and messages. Finally received a barrage of abuse by message about me being a bad customer etc etc. All in all a terrible experience and my tip is if you read any reviews like this, stay well clear of them.

I had recently moved into an apartment where couches were left filthy by previous tenants. Went online and engaged couchmaster. Friendly staff booked me in for next day and nice young guy arrived on time. He talked me through the whole process and fixed the work for me. Even gave numerous advises on maintaining furniture. Highly recommended!!

Terrible company, my couches look substantially worse than prior to them being "professionally" cleaned. I was coerced into spending more money on chemicals which "would rejuvenate and make the couches look like new" but they look dreadful. They promised to come back today to rectify but did not show. They are not answering or returning calls. I will be lodging a complaint with the ombudsman. If they can't rectify the damage they have caused they should be refunding my money so I can seek the services of a PROFESSIONAL organisation not these bunch of cowboys

Fully recommended!! Lovely people to work with. Prompt service and easy to book. Came on time and did the best work on carpet and upholstery. Furniture looks as if we had just bought it. More bang for the buck. Will be back soon guys.

Very friendly and gentle staff. Booked me right away for next day and came on time. Removed all stains and gave good advise on how to maintain furniture.

They did a great job for me! I was impressed by their professional approach and timely manner. All stains have been removed which we were trying so hard to remove ourselves before we engaged them. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for lounge clean.

Couchmaster. Terrible service. Couch cleaner came and did his service. Only 3 quarters of couch completed.
Intially quoted 180-200 then he tried to charge additional costs and endes up having to negotiate 350. Extortion tactics. Dog hair still left on couch. Do not use this dodgy company.

Horrible experience. Was quoted $160-180 over the phone. After the service was charged over 3 times the initial quoted price. When dried, not all stains removed from fabric couch.

Absolute disgrace the guy who came was rude and asking thing that are person. And none off his business! The lounge was in worse conditions after he left .than he told me he would come and fix it. On a certain date and time than never showed than when I was calling him. He told me he was sick then. Has not answered the phone since save you money and go to someone who knows what they are doing and has respect this company is a joke !! Minus 10 stars if it had that option I will be ringing far trading aswell!!
