This is my second project with Dave Rodger and my experience is similar to the first one - a fine end product. The result is always excellent and Dave's talent shines through. I do change my mind a lot, however, and occasionally, revisions would come through with one or more of my requests unmet. In the scheme of things, this is unimportant. What matters is that Dave is not happy until the client is happy - that gives me great confidence.

The next stage in our partnership will be proofreading, layout and marketing - Dave can do it all.

I spoke to Lisa who was very enthusiastic about my project, incredibly helpfull and patien as im an I.T. Dinosaur. Work was very high standard and changes done instantly.
Should i do another I know who I' m going to use.

Lisa (Craft2Puplish) was very professional and did her best to ensure that the product she delivered was up to the required standard.
The finished illustrations were of good quality.
E-mail communication was frequent and she always did her best to resolve any issues I had with the illustrations.

I collaborated with Lisa and what an experience it was. Lisa really listened to my vision and created something so special with me for my children. Craft 2 Publish helped me illustrate the book I wrote for my children in a lovely way with imagery applicable for younger children.
The communication was generally good however somtimes a little time was lost due to some feedback not always being implemented before the next draft was sent.

However overall I’m really happy with the book, the team were always responsive and happy to help to ensure the customer was happy! Would recommend and would use again.

Dave from Craft 2 Publish has created the most wonderful illustrations for my new children's picture book. The illustrations are perfect, bringing the story to life, the colour, the detail, all great. His creative vision is exceptional. He was able to capture my imagination and put it into an image with a few guiding sentences from me. His work transformed my text into a beautiful story and piece of art.

Just so you know, any adjustments I requested were quickly made. Dave was a guiding agent during some decision-making, and his artistic freedom transformed my reality into an actual story.

I highly recommend Craft2Publish and will 100% be using them in the future. Over the mood with the final results.

From the start of the project Lisa was very informative, offered a lot of support and reassurance with this being a completely new experience for me. The project itself seemed pretty stress free, the communication was great, mostly via WhatsApp which suited me fine. Lisa took my vision and illustrated beautifully with feedback taken on board throughout the process to make sure I was 100% happy with everything. I highly recommend Craft 2 publish, especially Lisa but I imagine the rest of the team are just as friendly and professional. Would I use Dave again? Yes I would. Were there some negative reviews? Yes there were. But I have to say, Dave didn’t shy away from answering the questions I asked and built my confidence in his work.
Never having used someone like this before I was super anxious but communication was very good with Dave answering my questions promptly. Regular sending of updates and a great final product.
If this is not your first time you may have a way you prefer. If this is your first time then, in my experience, Dave was very helpful and I am really happy with the final cover.
When I asked for changes, they were done, even if I then changed my idea and went back to the original.
The hardest thing for me was it was all done via messages or emails and I do like to speak to people but that’s probably because I am a 48 year old technophobe!! When my next book is done I WILL come back to speak to Dave again.

I can only base my review on my own experience, I’m not naive enough not to notice that the company is known under different names in some cases e.g. bank accounts - I don’t think that’s necessarily uncommon for businesses that offer multiple services to have different trading names and business entity names etc. and I understand other reviews may give people pause…

But based on my actual experience, through Dave, Craft2Publish did actually produce illustrations for my children’s poem - Dave managed to capture a lot of what I asked for successfully, in most cases. As promised, where I wanted things added/changed, Dave did complete them - overall there must have been over 30 versions of the illustrations due to my asking Dave to change something… and he did which in most cases took him less than a week.

The essence of what I asked for was captured really well and I am actually really happy with the final product. I have what I view to be quality illustrations for my poem, and I got them in a seamless, smooth process which was actually quite enjoyable.

I am by no standard a digital or artistic specialist, I cannot prove by any means that what I have been provided has not been produced through AI, I would like to think they are not and I have asked Dave about it and he has refuted these claims - I would probably encourage Craft2Publish to address these claims with more substance, giving an insight into their artistic process/production.

Where the other reviews don’t tally for me is, why would a company that uses AI to easily produce illustrations, take people’s money and not deliver a product they could so easily produce?

Again, I did get what I asked for, and everything that Craft2Publish promised, was delivered.

Illustrations of exemplary quality are what made my latest project a great success to date.
A professional, patient and practical approach by Dave led his talent to fulfil a promise to bring my characters to life! Dave's advice has been invaluable.
Everyone is wary these days of potential scammers. maybe rightly so. Some research is vital before parting with your cash or manuscript.
My experience has been very educational, professionally uplifting, definitely grateful for beautiful, relevant illustrations and I look forward to future business with Craft 2 Publish.

I have a book! My dream of publishing my charity children’s book ‘Oh Biscuit’ has come true. All the illustrations are fantastic, I sent pictures of key characters for likeliness and they came back with the perfect characters.

It took much longer than expected but I was fine with that as it gave me more time to save up for each instalment. I found the banking details suspicious (not going to lie) to a random account named Eagle Studios and then an account called Majestic Wheels but I ended up paying by credit card for some security. It’s not my business how they run their business but I was relieved when my final book was delivered. So I therefore recommend these guys!

I just had an amazing experience with Dave and Lisa for my Illustration and Publishing project. I was skeptic at first after seeing the reviews but I think this is one of their competitor trying to ruin the company's reputation. It's a shame trust pilot is not taking any action on these fake reviews.

I have read recent reviews of this company and believe them to be fraudulent. My experience tallies with older reviews: I worked closely with Lisa and was well satisfied with the service she provided. Particularly, the illustrations were great, and she was always happy to take my wishes into account and make the smallest alterations. I have self-published with another company and this was so much easier.

I just asked for my money back a refund as usual still completely ignoring me Why are they so evil ??? At
Craft 2 Publish is just a scam. They take a deposit and then just mugging you of for month on end. It was quite exhausting and just not worth it. I definitely do not recommend Craft 2 Publish. The whole experience leaves you disappointing saddened and bitter. This organisation has different names from different places. America Pakistan and the UK all fake. I have to paid someone else to do the work.
When they want you pay up first they used another name with Eagle studios with bank details. Stay away. Please Please check reviews before any kind of dealing with this terrible organisation.
They will pretend they have nothing to do with you and there is evidence luckily i have the evidence with proof. I have been contacted by Craft 2 Publish and when I asked for a refund they unfortunately started back to ignore me again. Just to clarify I am not a competitor, just customer who has been a ripped off by these charlatans. Do not trust them in any way. You have been warned. Just scammers Hi still asking for a refund still no response I did ask if Dave has had a Miracle due to all the operations and illnesses as colleague advised. However still nothing its just a terrible organisation. I hope they believe in karma ! Still trying to get a refund !!! This is so saddening, i dont even know why they ripped me off.
It is now the 27th April 2025. Still no refund or comment just silence. Please just give me a refund. Why are you so ruthless ? Just please do the right thing. Karma is real. Just give me my money back. I dont expect an apology or even to accept you want to resolve my book. Just give me my money back please. 29th April 2025

I finally got a call from a lady who said Dave is no longer at the company (lol) and he ruined a lot of others work. They have said we will give you a refund within 6 weeks however i need to remove my review with proof of screen shot to show i have removed the review. Im so saddened that the fact i am partially sighted and basically classed as disabled they are doing all this skull duggery type of tactics !!! Why not just say hands up we made a mistake heres a refund !!!!! Please just give me a refund please 🙏. I just want my money back. I am not going to be blackmailed. Do the right thing. Integrity is everything.
They could just give me a refund and took a screen shot of the proof of a receipt of me giving my money back. I dont want to hurt anyone or be ripped off please just give my money back.
13-05-2025 Still no refund. I have just wrote to CRAFTY 2 UNPUBLISH Website via their email asking for a Refund. As expected not a single word if response. I would love to see how Dave left the company yet is still getting good reviews ??? PLEASE LOOK AT THESE REVIEWS BEFORE GETTING INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY. Tell them no money until the project is complete. DO NOT TRUST THEM !!!!!!
13th May 2025-- I just got an email via it says : Your message couldn't be delivered to info Their inbox is full or its receiving too much mail at the moment ?
Technically this means you cannot email --- Like i said full on Dodgy (Dodgy Dave)
Update 15th May 2025 - I tried again asking for a refund, still no response. I will try again tomorrow.I just watsapp to Crafty 2 Not Published - as expected no response.
Will try again tomorrow.19th May 2025 - I have tried again to contact Crafty not able 2 Publish to ask for a refund as expected no response. I would love to know what they are saying to other clients for the reason of they are not giving their refunds or what is there policy is for refunds. Anyway i will try again tomorrow. 20th May 2025- I have just asked to Crafty 2 Publish to at least give me a reason why they have ripped me off and what is the reson not to refund me.
Fingers crossed they will either give me a refund or at least give me an explanation. I doubt it however I will try again tomorrow. Why is there no explanation or at least say what i did wrong. Hi just an update 23-06-2025 Just got ignored again I asked for a refund again on watsapp just complete ignored me. Horrible experience.
