After a few misunderstandings at the start...they provided an excellent service and i would definitely recommend them and use them again!

I am NOW applying to the small claims court for my money back... And compensation for all the inconvenience and terrible upset !!!! If YOU REALLY cared YOU WOULD REPLY.... Not Once have I been rude, dishonest or abusive in anyway whatsoever .... OWN IT !!!

I am almost heartbroken! I had planned a wonderful surprise for my husband's 75th birthday ( having his poem illustrated). I paid the first of four instalments, of £300 having discussed at some length my requirements with Lisa, she sounded, so genuine. More fool me, I hadn't realised just how gullible I am. Having waited for several weeks with no communications, I emailed informing Lisa, I would be away,just in case she needed to contact me. I did this just to see if I would actually get a reply. I did, but still no illustrations. When Lisa did send through four illustrations, they really did look like AI generated images and nothing like what had been discussed and agreed upon. I actually did a AI image myself, describing what it was I wanted. This came back, very close to what I had imagined, I shared this will Lisa and she said she would take this into account. Lisa then did send through four more images, that still appeared to have been computer generated. I informed both Lisa and Dave, I had lost any confidence and would like my money refunded. Dave wanted my phone number to discuss, I felt this might be inviting verbal abuse, so declined. My request for a refund was denied and I have had no further communication from this company. I did search Craft2Publish and the Company you pay, Eagle Studio on companies house and both appear to exist! I have passed all this information onto "Report a scam to Action Fraud". I do not wish for anyone else to be taken in by this fake company.
****IN RESPONSE to Craft2Publish**** ... All information has been provided... Why would I trust you would now address this problem, as YOU are refusing to reply to ANY of my emails... You refuse to even TRY to compromise ... You have only offered four more AI ( I am now convinced ) illustration !!! WHY would I TRUST YOU... with even MORE Money... !!! Seriously !! I appreciate I have been naive, but once bitten, twice shy !!! Not all OAP's are stupid... Although, I really do feel very stupid for trusting you!!

Lisa has taken my dream about publishing a children's book and made it a reality. She has been so patient and helpful beyond words.

First class service. I worked with Lisa and she was super. She listened and read the book and instantly knew how to make this book enjoyable to read. My quote was full of information and detail. The turnaround time was fast but not rushed. My book is a personal book for my grandson and Lisa saw this and made the illustrations warm and friendly. I had a dream of creating a children's story book, for my Grandchildren to remember me by, the only trouble was, I had no idea how to go about it. By luck during my research, I came across Dave Rogers, who promised to hold my hand through the whole process and create wonderful characters to make my story come alive.
There have been countless alterations along the way, but through it all, Dave was patient and understanding. So much so, that I am already planning my next book.
