Don’t buy from this company

I would rate them 1/2 star if it was available. I received two of the exact same product in two different colors, the size variance was tremendous. I tried to return the item, for both size and poor quality. It took 5 emails for them to respond. Their response had all these demands which I followed only to find out that the return has to go back to Italy (which is not stated in their return policy). When I challenged them that they sent me the wrong size, they made more demands, photos, of which I had already sent them. The customer service number they provide is not a working number. This company is a scam…..DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!

On 01/07/25 I purchased a pair of Vagabond UK size 10 "Genuine Leather Shoes, meticulously crafted from the finest Italian leather for quality and durability ".When they eventually arrived Via CHINA ?, they had a BKLYN/1987 New York City label on them. I had already enquired as to the time they were taking to arrive, and received a reply to my initial request on 15/7/25 which stated "One of our Customer Representative colleagues will get in touch with you within 24 hours on workdays". On the 20/7/25 I contacted C Moretti stating "STILL waiting for a reply and update on when my shoes will be arriving at my address. Thanks". On the 23/7/25 I received from C Moretti a reply with a tracking # , On the 24/7/25 I sent another e-mail stating " I have just received my order from you today. On trying them on I found them to be extremely tight and narrow fitting across my feet ( seem more like a UK 9).
I would like to return them for a full refund please, Many Thanks". On the 29/7/25 I had received an e mail from C Moretti asking me to follow their steps 1 to 4 ( with photo`s of the shoes and a returns form) to return the shoes (which I followed to the letter),I replied back on the 3/8/25 explaining "Apologies for the delay in answering you, We have been spending a few days in Bavaria and Austria. Please find enclosed the pictures showing the shoes are still as new, and also the Form, of which I have only had an Order Number for, not a Sales Invoice Number. Many Thanks.
C Moretti answered back on the 6/8/25 stating "Thank you for providing the pictures we asked and sending back the filled out document.
Here are the steps to initiate the return and exchange process:
Package the product securely in their original packaging or a suitable shipping box. Include a copy of your purchase receipt or order confirmation inside the package to help us identify your order quickly.
Please send the package to the following address where we process returns:

Once you have returned the package, kindly provide us with the TRACKING number", (Which CM requested to be done). On the 8/8/25 I replied "Following on from our last correspondence,
The shoes have now been posted back to yourselves, the Royal Mail Tracking number is LE5*******6GB".On the 13/8/25 C Moretti replied "Thank you for your message and for providing the return tracking number. At this time, we can confirm that we have not yet received the returned item. As soon as the package arrives at our facility and is checked in, we will proceed with processing your full refund promptly.
We appreciate your patience during this time and will be sure to notify you as soon as the return is received and the refund is issued". Then on the 18/8/25 I wrote "I have just checked on the Royal Mail and PosteItaliane websites to find that for some reason the package that I paid for and returned to you has been REJECTED and is being returned to myself.
I am confused and angry after it was
(REFUSED) by the Recipient, after paying over £15 to have this done. Can you clarify as to why this happened ,as I sent it to the Address listed by yourselves, well wrapped in the original packaging and in as new condition". Then the 21/8/25 "This is a follow up on my previous contact with you below, but which you have NOT answered.
I have checked again on the PosteItaliane and the Royal Mail tracking, and the shoes are still being sent back to me. Could I please receive the courtesy of a reply from you ,as to WHY this has happened.
Waiting". On 26/8/25 from C Moretti "Thank you for your message, and please accept my sincere apologies for the delayed response.
I’ve followed up with our team regarding your return, and after checking our records, we can confirm that we have not received any delivery under your name, nor have we rejected any incoming package.
If the shoes are being returned to you by the courier, it may be due to customs issues or incomplete shipping documentation, which can occasionally cause international returns to be held or redirected, . I replied on 26/8/25,"Please find attached copies of Royal Mail and Poste Italiane Tracking , along with the Certificate of Posting ( P.S which was end to end Tracking), which you can use to check on their websites". On the 30/8/25" they sent another reply saying that it may have been refused by Customs," Our team has confirmed that no refusal from our side has been logged, but it’s possible that customs held it up", YET it was released by Customs Italy and the processing centre and refused/returned to sender in Marghera. I have the shoes back to me but will not pay another £15+ to return again. A waste of time and money and I will never deal with C Moretti again, make of this farce as you will readers.

I ordered a pair of their black jeans

I ordered a pair of their black jeans, but the button hole was stiched over. I contacted them about this problem, only to be told to just cut it open. My ability to concentrate on various matters has been in an appalling state, during recent months,so I made the error of ordering another ( bright red) pair, assuming that the previous purchase was just a one-off problem. However, the stud that is meant to be inserted into the hole ( which was again stitched over) soon came off.
Avoid this company. An appalling retailer that deserves a visit from " la cosa nostra", and should be black listed and fisted. I am still furious with myself for being conned by this despicable company. The only consolation is reading the cutting and witty responses of other customers. They appear to be quite smart, so I need not castigate myself for possibly losing my sense of judgement. I hope others can encourage their friends and associates to submit a deluge of negative reviews. The owner of this appalling retail outlet deserves a considerable degree of mental pain in their life.

Terrible customer service and sub-par products

Customer service disappears immediately after you make a purchase. The last email I sent to them has gone unanswered for 4 weeks.

Delivery got totally stuck, and only got actioned after my credit card provider put a charge-back (refund) on the order.

Delivered goods are cheaply made, and the packaging is terrible. The 'Paolo Sartori Jeans' are actually labelled 'BeiLee' - and didn't even have the button hole opened!

You can find all of the same items on Chinese sites like Temu, AliExpress and Shein, just do a reverse image search.

Of course, wish I'd known all of this before I ordered...

I wish I read these reviews...

I wish that I read these reviews prior to placing an order. Ordered a pair of men's leather shoes for my brother. Shipping time wasn't too bad considering shipped from China. Shoes arrived, looked like they had been worn, all stretched out, creased on the top of the shoes. Poorly packed wrapped in bubble wrap and plastic bag. They don't answer the phone, ever. Not even a voicemail. I sent an email to support the same day we received the shoes. 4 days later I received an email from Daniella stating she was a customer service rep for the company. I submitted everything she asked for including photos of the 💩 shoes. I sent several follow up emails to Daniella, with no response. I submitted a dispute with my credit card company. Amex literally refunded my card the same day, which leads me to believe it wasn't their 1st rodeo with this company.

smelly stained shirt w/ a hole in it--

received a shirt I ordered in a sealed bag; when I opened the bag it reeked of a scent akin to feces. There is a brown stain on the front of the shirt with a hole in the middle of that stain. It is super-gross...I contacted the company to attempt a return and they do not return my email or give instruction. I have received a text regarding the issue and have texted back and forth with this apparently monitored text thread to no avail. I have initiated a credit card clawback to dispute the charge and shared I was leaning into the review as I am concerned about a health hazard with the shirt.

I placed an order and a pair of…

I placed an order and a pair of sunglasses were missing. Several emails I have sent asking if maybe the sunglasses are coming in a separate shipping, no answer has been provided. It is disappointed for a first time client like me to go through this experience. On the other hand the 5 pair of shoes, pants and watch I ordered all have an amazing quality. I am hoping with this review someone from their company gets back to me.

Poor experience

waited over a month for delivery, and when the package finally arrived, items were missing. I have now been in contact with customer support for another month, yet the missing item still hasn’t been delivered. They continue to insist that I’m not eligible for a return because the shipment is “on its way.

AVOID: Very poor quality

AVOID. Very poor quality and nothing like the quality adverstised in the image on Facebook. When the jeans arrived, there was no hole to fasten the button at the waist. I had to create this myself. The is a basic flaw & shoddy customer service. It fely like a scam. Jeans went straight to the charity shop, Not buying anything else from China (disguised as Italy or London),

This “company”—and I use that term the same way people use “soulmate” after three margaritas—is an international masterclass in smoke, mirrors, and polyester lies. They’ve slapped an Italian name on their brand, plopped a scenic Roman mailing address onto the website, and hoped no one would notice the products are being birthed in a factory somewhere east of disappointment. Spoiler: we noticed.

To be fair, their website deserves an Oscar. It looks like Milan Fashion Week had a baby with a luxury tech startup. Brava! I almost believed I was buying the next big thing in euro-chic couture. Instead, I received something that looked like it fell off a truck. Literally.

Shipping? Let’s talk about that month-long meditation retreat your order goes on before it arrives. When it finally did, it came wrapped in what I can only describe as hostage packaging—a black plastic bag duct-taped like it was smuggling secrets. Influencers beware: this is not your next “unboxing moment”—unless you’re into unpacking trauma.

Customer service? More like customer disservice. It’s like chatting with a malfunctioning chatbot that only knows one sentence and refuses to blink. Every time I reached out, I got the same pre-chewed nonsense about “tracking updates” and “high demand” as if they were selling gold bars and not melted shoes and threadbare sweaters.

Oh yes—the products! I ordered a few items that looked cute online and figured, “Hey, prices this low, how bad could it be?” Oh sweet summer child.

One sweater looked like it was knitted by a malfunctioning Roomba. The sizing? I ordered a medium. The label says XL… on the OUTSIDE of the shoulder, like it’s proudly announcing its own shame. The shoes smell like they were soaked in diesel fuel and haunted dreams. I was going to donate them to Goodwill, but honestly, I think Goodwill has standards.

And of course, half my order mysteriously disappeared into the fashion void, yet somehow shows as “delivered.” Maybe they were abducted by style-conscious aliens who felt pity.

Final verdict? You don’t get what you pay for. In fact, you get less than what you pay for, which is impressive considering I paid less than a sandwich.

Save yourself. Shop literally anywhere else. Even the mall kiosk with anime hoodies and vape pens would treat you better.

Zero Quality Control

I ordered a pair of pants from an ad I found on social media. Approximately 8 weeks later, they arrived. The quality is horrible! There was no slit to button the button, and the button itself was literally hanging on by a thread.
It’s quite obvious there is no quality control.
Don’t get pulled in by the adds, trust me, you’ll regret making the purchase.

NEVER order from this company

I ordered a watch online. The watch I received was a FAKE Cartier watch, which is not the watch that was pictured on the website. Not only did it NOT arrive in a watch box the way other watches are nicely packaged and protected, it was taped up in bubble wrap. I contacted the company to return the watch and was given an address in Italy to return the watch. FedEx was charging me $150 to ship from the USA to Italy!! For a cheap fake watch!!! This company is a scam, fraud, and fake.

One star is waaay too much for this…

One star is waaay too much for this company. As I was completing my order, I realized the delivery address was incorrect, so I attempted to correct that. The site doesn't give the option. I tried cancelling the order within the hour (didi it in less than 20 minutes), but they still charged my card. I wrote them several emails asking for clarifications, but they never responded. I even replied to their "welcome" message signed by someone self-identified as "Daniella" (perhaps their chatbot on duty) but haven't heard back from that one, either. The website lists a mailing address in Italy, an American phone number that's either busy or no one answers, and calling hours based on a GMT+2 time zone, which covers some Eastern Europe countries, as well as some countries in Africa. Save yourselves some headaches (and money) and buy somewhere else!

Poor Quality Shoes and SCAM Company

I should have researched this company before my purchase too. Ordered a pair of “Nicciolo” shoes for $171.19. When they arrived, the shoes were only wrapped in a gray shipping bag. No box or shipped more carefully then I would expect for shoes. No invoice was with the item either. Opened the bag and the shoes were not formed. Meaning that they didn’t hold their shape. Very poor handling from this company. Additionally, the shoes had a strong chemical type odor and even smelled like strong cigarette smoke.
Contacted customer service and a person named Daniella replied to my request for a refund. Sent me a generic form to fill out and I had to return that along with pics. My email for a refund was initiated on July 11th, the same day I received the shoes. I have followed up with 5 other emails and no response from Danielle, or customer service. DO NOT buy anything from this company.

Not a honest company...

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction regarding an order placed on June 23rd. Since that date, I have received no updates on its status. Upon checking the 'track order' facility, the shipment appears to be completely stalled within your company, with no progress whatsoever.

I have contacted customer support on four separate occasions seeking assistance and a clear explanation for the delay, but I have not received any satisfactory response. In a recent message, I was offered a 40% discount on a new purchase, and today, July 15th, I received yet another discount offer to modify my order. I find these offers unacceptable and frankly, insulting, as I have no intention of making another purchase.

My sole demand is a full refund of the amount paid, as stipulated in your terms and conditions of sale. I strongly advise against purchasing any items from your company, as I believe your business practices are neither honest nor fair.

This is advertised on the website as Italian authentic however it ships from China
And never arrived.
I ordered shirt as presents for my husband on June 5
It hasn’t shipped for over seven business days. After I complained to Customer Service, they finally provided tracking number. I was surprised when I saw that it shipped from China.
Today is July 8 and months later I have that still order in transit… only now found that many people were deceived at the same way and in no way, this is Italian craftsmanship. We will see if it ever arrives.

I ordered a pair of "Italian Crocs"…

I ordered a pair of "Italian Crocs" 18th June and a bot called Daniella said on email it will be shipped out within 48 hrs, after a few days they gave me a tracking number to UK (Evri) and it showed as in "transit". Today, I checked and it still says in transit to UK, and it never left their warehouse. I contacted Evri and their chat help said it's still expecting the parcel. I emailed Cristian Moretti and asked for a refund but all fell on deaf ears. I really regretted ordering in the first place. Please avoid at all costs!!
