I ordered Riccardo steampunk sunglasses. Description promises:
"UV 400 protective lenses
High quality sturdy metal frame
Adjustable nonslip nose pads"

What I got was thin framed plastic sunglasses with plastic lenses. I am 100% sure those lenses DO NOT HAVE any UV protection whatsoever. No adjustable nosepads, only plastic non adjustable frame, which was already even scratched from the other side. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE. IT'S A CHINESE DROP SHIP CRAP!!!!

Purchased 3 sunglasses, they sent 2 of thr same pair and all 3 sunglasses are cheaply made. Was told by there customer service i would need to mail back the items, went to post office and thr return shipping would cost me $150. My order was $90. Now im stuck with these. Don't buy Scammers

I was scammed bought 3 items and they never shipped them to me and keep giving me the runaround. I found the same corduroy hat with the same pictures on Temu. Temu price was under $6 CM selling the same hat using the same pictures for $40. These scammers need to be caught, put in jail and return every penny they stole.

Worse than a 1. Be vary aware of ordering anything from this company !! While the quality of the clothes is not the issue , it is the returns! Ordered a men’s pair of jeans , normal size 32. Received them , and these things are a American men’s size 29 at best. The size is so far off It’s unbelievable. So I went to return them and they make you pay for your own shipping back which then I proceeded to find out is shipping it back to Italy, which cost more than the pair of jeans actually cost! I understand their drop shipping from China and do it in bulk so they get preferred shipping rates but when someone from the US is shipping back to them in Italy, the shipping prices are outrageous whether it on FedEx or Postal Service.So then you’re basically stuck with the jeans cause why do you wanna pay more for shipping than you paid for the jeans just to hopefully get the correct size?
Complete fraud . Get a distribution center in the usa to handles this stuff like a professional company .

has anybody been in the shop in Italy as I don't think it exists as they have a lovely Picture of it maybe AI generated I got Duped into ordering some other stuff before I got my goods as the offered a good discount rate and I am dreading the Crap they will be sending me when I get it Via Italy/China

I ordered the Gabrio Buckle Shoes. What I received was some cheap stuff from China. The smell was horrible, the material was very poor quality, and sizes did not match. Their return policy is 15 days after you place you place your order. The item took about that much time to get it. Never order from this place. I wouldn't even trust the good reviews, it might be coming from them.

Don't buy from them. The sunglasses are literally the worst, cheapest quality and do not match the photos on the site. We are talking the cheapest plastic, flimsy scam sunglasses. SAVE your money,

I ordered a t-shirt from them. I love the artistic design of the shirt, but I ordered and XL, they shipped a 2XL, which sized about a small, large when I first tried it on. After the first washing the t-shirt shrank to a petite medium. I believe the shirt was all cotton, but the label was written in Chinese, so I could not translate. Finally, it took about 6 weeks to get the shirt. At this point I would not recommend ordering clothes.

Item was not as described. All the details were written to suggest this was a Sherpa jacket. It was actually just a windbreaker with a printed smooth outer shell. The difference between the online photos and the actual product were significant. Colours were muted and less saturated. They sell most items with a permanent sale price, then place a restriction on returns to only items at full price. You have to pay your own shipping to return items. Items are shipped from China and take weeks to arrive.

Love the yellow slacks.
They fit me perfectly, and you are going to have more envious customers soon!!
Will order another pair, red colour this time !

I’m so impressed with the quality of the clothes I ordered!!! The materials feel preemium, the stitching is flawless and everything fits perfectly. Not only do they look great, but they’re also super comfortable to wear. that is rare to find clothes that combine style, comfort, and quality so well. Love them

Liars, poor customer service. Took money for the purchase and never delivered it, Lied about the delivery company, gave me fake false shipping company. A company that does not deliver to US addresses.

Don't be fooled. After I submitted my negative review suddenly all rosy reviews started to pop up. there were only negative reviews listed. suddenly their customer service rep (Daniella) started to submit auto generated responses stating false claims that they accept all returns and refunds. complete LIE. returns are painful and you will be asked to take photos, complete a form with information that they should have on file already and then you are told to ship the item back to ITALY at your expense. It is not an easy return policy at all. You will not get your money back. the merchandise is cheap quality, not from Italy or Italian products as they advertise. don't do it you will be sorry. I expect all the positive reviews that suddenly popped up after my negative reviews are questionable. seems like an interesting coincidence. beware.

Beware of these so called positive reviews they are AI generated. And so is Daniella the thing that responds back to your messages. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

Poor quality asked to return product, they want me to send back to Italy! No way, return address is in Brooklyn, I'm not paying post to Italy when I should be able to send it back to where it came from. Totally ridiculous and looks like Chinese junk

I ordered from here recently, and wow...! the products are seriously something else. They’ve got this Italian vibe that just oozes style—like, I put it on, and suddenly I felt like I should be sipping espresso on a cobblestone street somewhere. The quality is insanely good, I recieved so much complimentssI already know I’m coming back for more. It’s not just shopping it’s a whole vibe. if you want to feel fancy and vaguely European, just do it. You won’t regret it.
