I didnt get what I ordered…
I bought and paid for 2 goose down pillows and on their website. When we received them they were feather & down. I spoke with a member of the company, they informed me I should have known they would have feather in them. So that was that. Now some weeks down the line they have continued be be rock hard and I have got to the point of disposing of them and buying what I want from another company. I dont know the exact date of purchase

Amazing pillows
Amazing pillows, as a side sleeper the pillow just fits nicely between my neck and shoulder with exactly the right amount of support . Really super comfortable in all positions actually . I’d highly recommend these pillows and such a great price .

Great products but customer service needs work
I really like Cuddledown products and their quality has always been excellent, but my recent order was disappointing. I was promised a Siberian Soft Pillow, yet received a different model that wasn’t soft at all. Customer service, especially from Nora, felt dismissive and unhelpful, which was frustrating. On the positive side, the company did offer me a 50% refund, which I accepted and appreciated. The products are great, but the customer service needs serious improvement.

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to receive a product that didn’t match what was promised, especially after previously being informed of a substitution. Your comfort and satisfaction are incredibly important to us, and we regret that this situation left you feeling otherwise.
To clarify, you originally ordered the Hungarian Goose Down Pillow in Soft firmness. As this item had just sold out, we offered a complimentary upgrade to our Siberian Goose Down Pillow in the same firmness level, which you kindly accepted. Unfortunately, due to a fulfilment error on our part, the original Hungarian Goose Down Pillow (Soft) was sent instead. We fully acknowledge this mistake, and we’re very sorry for the confusion and inconvenience it caused.
When you contacted us to express that the pillow felt firmer than expected, we asked for photos of the label so we could confirm which product you received. After reviewing the photos, we were able to confirm that the pillow sent was indeed the Soft version, but not the upgraded Siberian model that had been promised, and for that, again, we sincerely apologise.
One of our team members reached out by phone to explain the mix-up and offer an exchange for the correct upgraded pillow, at no extra cost. We’re truly sorry if this conversation came across as anything less than respectful, that is never our intention. Our goal was to resolve the issue as smoothly as possible and ensure you received the product we had agreed to send.
We absolutely want to make this right and would still be very happy to arrange an exchange for the correct Siberian Soft pillow inline with our returns policy, should you wish to go ahead. Please don’t hesitate to get back in touch, we remain here to help.
