I recently ordered some Taom V10 chalk from Cue & Case in Yorkshire, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.
It’s only a small item, but the team still provided first-class service from start to finish. To top it off, the delivery was incredibly quick—it actually arrived 3 days earlier than expected, which was a lovely surprise and much appreciated.
The new chalk will be getting its first proper airing at the table next week. Fingers crossed it actually helps with my game... ha, ha! Cue & Case, highly recommended.

I am delighted with my orange Pro147 cue and case. A significant improvement on club cues and a pleasure to play with. The range of cues at Cue and Case is outstanding. Delivery was well within estimated delivery and both items packaged very securely.
Will definitely be back for additional cues for presents.

Clear, informative website. Excellent service. Ordered a Pro147 cue and hard case set on Friday morning with standard delivery and it arrived late morning on Monday! I’m a beginner and this is the first cue I’ve owned after using club cues for a few months. All fine so far. Feels nice and balanced, looks good too.
