Honestly very impressed with each hair tool! Super quick and easy to use. Also lightweight so it’s great to travel with!

After reading the reviews I was like ugh what did I just buy, but to my surprise it's fantastic! I have long thick hair and literally everything this comes with works so well! The curls are stunning the volume is VOLUMMMMEUSSSS, the blow dryer is so powerful. And to be honest the people are saying it's loud, well yes it's blowing your hair 😂. Love it!! And love it even more that I got it in purple.

Crap or faulty - either way when I contacted them to complain that it barely pulls wet hair onto the rollers, doesn't curl well, and the temperature fluctuates, they told me I couldn't return or exchange it because it was used! (Once) scam!
I used to have a Dyson so yes I know how to use it. If Dyson is a 10 it is a 2.

I ordered the Curlsab set online. I couldn't wait to get my order. I'm very pleased with it as well. I also dealt with Amy who was very helpful through email only. I didn't want the $8.95 membership renewal monthly charge which was a mistake somehow. Amy took care if it and assured me it was done. Keep up the great work you guys!

Do not order for curl lab, I ever received my product had to run after them. Finally got money back but they changed me for shipping. It was ever shipped.

The product arrived damaged, one piece was already broken when I opened the box. I contacted customer service right away to request a return and refund, but instead of helping, they only sent me a survey to fill out and never followed up.
The quality of the product is disappointing, and the customer service is even worse. I would not recommend buying from them.
