Pretty hopeless
Put the order in and requested a specific delivery date due to access issues and dates someone was available to oversee. Order quoted the requested date but no text came through on the day prior. I called the morning of the planned delivery only to be told the order would be the following week when I was away and access would be difficult. I managed to get my heating engineer to meet the delivery on the new date and requested a call early morning to give him a time window. Driver called 15 minutes from arrival after me calling the yard to chase!!!! Luckily my heating engineer picked up and was able to get to the house in time. All in all, not a great experience. Poor communication. Unlikely to use again.
