Came back when they said and repaired the door.
Engineer polite and smiley!

Great customer service. Quickly came out to fix garage door and did the job super fast, having already got all of the right parts.

Did seem expensive at £296 for replacement cables.

I'm going to post the actual email I just sent to their customer services... it speaks for itself.

"I am genuinely absolutely stunned by this. In 46 years, I've never ever encountered a business to not charge someone, even if it was an easy fix (and clearly nowhere near as terrible as I'd thought). Stunned I tell you! Thank you so much. If there is anywhere I can at least post a review to say how awesome you guys were, I would very much like to."

In short, my garage (which I use as an office), the door got jammed shut with loads of important stuff inside. They replied instantly when I emailed them panicked at 1am Wednesday morning, and then they came out and fixed it the same day while I was out at work. And because it turned out to be an easy fix, I'll just say this again, THEY DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME FOR THE CALL-OUT!!!

You don't encounter many businesses with ethics like that these days. I am very, very impressed, and extremely grateful.

Excellent service. From phone enquiry to the engineer coming out to identify the issue was a matter of hours, The quote was less than anticipated and the engineer was extremely efficient fixing the garage door.

Very quick response, just over an hour from calling engineers were on site, and within another hour new drive unit was fitted and working. Great lads who explained everything, did a great job, and friendly too. Very satisfied!

I made a telephone call approx.10.30am..explained the problem with my garage door…the engineer arrived within one hour… repair was completed by 12noon…..One cannot get (or expect) better service than that..

My garage door failed on Saturday afternoon this company sent an engineer out within the hour to assess the problem which turned out that the control mechanism was completely unserviceable. Their office contacted me to ask how l wanted to proceed and made two suggestions which l opted for a new door and system. The new door arrived on the Monday afternoon and was installed in a very timely manner and Paul the installer and his assistant tidied up before leaving my home. I would definitely recommend this company.
