I would not recommend ordering from Desenio based on my experience.
I paid for home delivery, but nowhere during checkout was it made clear that my posters would actually be printed in the Czech Republic rather than dispatched from the UK. After waiting over a week, the order still hadn’t even left the printer. Now the parcel has gone missing in transit.
The worst part has been the customer service. Desenio tells me to contact the courier. The courier says they cannot locate the parcel and that I need to contact Desenio for a refund. Meanwhile, Desenio has ignored my emails, Instagram messages, and comments.
I’ve been left without my order, without a refund, and without any meaningful support. This order was for an important project that has now been completely disrupted.
Customers shouldn’t have to chase both the courier and the retailer just to find out where their order is. Very disappointing experience.

Quick shipping time and it was delivered correctly.

I ordered a frame in particular and it unfortunately was damaged! I took pics and submitted it! The frame took so long getting to me as it is! Poor quality frame too
I don’t get why it’s a longer process to get refunded for a damaged item when it’s so simple if I went in other shops!

Slow to deliver, poor quality product with a linear smear fault waterline. Desenio do. It have a telephone line- it is a recorded message, always. Desenio assistants will ask you lots of questions to stall a return but will not help to replace or refund the item. Never shopping here again, awful products, awful service.

If I could leave less than 1* I would. There social media campaigns are enticing and the product looks cool, and high quality. However, I wouldn’t actually know what the product is like because I never received mine. The incompetency and lack of transparency in the service is unbelievably poor. I ordered two custom prints on the 4th June (the website boasts fast delivery) and here we are on the 22nd of June. I received automated emails asking how my delivery was whilst simultaneously chasing up the order and getting different information every single time! I have to say the customer service team were great each time I called but they seemed defeated, like they are dealing with the same issues time and time again. So my deeply sentimental gifts not only missed the desired occasion but I was then advised Desenio have cancelled the order with no further explanation! Honestly I would go as far as to say this site is a scam! I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with the entire experience. Can’t be trusted so don’t fall for the aggressive marketing campaign on socials, they can’t provide results and are extremely unreliable!

Returned a canvas print at the beginning of May and still awaiting refund.
I have bought previously from this company and never had an issue until I needed to send my item back.
I returned my canvas back at the beginning of May and after several email exchanges where I was informed a refund had been authorised I am still waiting for my payment.
This company has my money and their canvas and I am left out of pocket!!
Do not buy from this company unless you want to be out of pocket. I will never purchase from them again. Buy with caution!!!

Complete disappointment. £6 for delivery and more than £25 for a piece of flimsy paper which arrived all squashed and damaged. The print was sent in a long rectangular box and folded rather than rolled, resulting in very visible creases all over the print. I wouldn’t even spend £2 on this let alone £30+! Shame because the print itself is absolutely lovely, but there are so many creases in it you cannot put it up anywhere! You would have thought a company that specialises in prints and artwork would take more care when sending it out. Looks like whoever’s attempted to roll it up has not even tried to be careful!! Shocking and disappointing service!

Poor quality. I ordered a simple, minimal canvas, I was disappointed when I opened the package. Not worth the price £60 for the item I bought. On the website the art looked more realistic than in reality.

Delivery is expensive and very slow for just a paper print.

Received my print and the photo quality is terrible, blurry low quality print, no better than an at-home printer could produce.

I contacted their customer service and was told they cannot accept it as a complaint as it matches the expectations they have for the image, which is appalling as the image is horrendously low quality and blurry.

I was told I could return the item but would have a £9.95 returns fee added! for a £14 print! Coupled with the fact delivery is £5.95,

I strongly advise avoiding Desenio, they market themselves mostly on social media as a source of good prints but the products and service are awful, I’ve already advised friends and family to avoid at all costs.

I’m just glad my experience was with a single paper print, because if I had spent money on a framed print or canvas to receive the same low level of product & customer service, I would be even more disappointed.

Have not got the energy to go into details; suffice to say that it involved speaking to the chat bot on about 3 occasions - who assured me countless times that a human from the customer service team would be in contact via email. Twice last week - and no-one ever contacted me. And again today - placing the order (with pop-ups to sign up for membership deals confusing the checkout process). I had to contact my credit card provider to check whether transaction had been attempted. It was painful. I'm not a stupid person. If I didn't like the particular piece of artwork so much I would have given up lonnnnngg ago. It has not inspired me to come back for future artwork.

Desenio is my go to for prints. Good quality and a seamless process.

Used to buy all my prints from Desenio however I'm not able to do so now as when I type my address in it isn't recognised so I'm not able to get items posted to me.

As other reviews have said, the delivery does take quite a long time too. I always liked the prints that were sent and frames were good quality too, but I buy my prints etc from other retailers now.
