Evri kept cancelling the delivery and…

Evri kept cancelling the delivery and after finally attempting to deliver ONCE they said they were sending the order back. I got in touch with poster store and they said that because EVRI were returning it to them - I had to pay a £10 return fee. After ONE delivery attempt. Evri are notoriously bad (they had to change their name because of their awful reputation) and it’s a shame that Poster store is punishing the customer for this

It wasn't easy to fill out my delivery…

It wasn't easy to fill out my delivery address on the ordering page, took about 30 mins to do this, exhausting.

Item arrived damaged

Item arrived damaged. Have tried to call, have tried to submit contact form 2 days in a row and on different devices but the form does not work. Have spoken twice with their AI chatbot who says it’s with CS but no one has reached out (not even an email confirmation like “ticket created” type thing).There is no number to call on them on to speak to a human/non-AI.
A shame because the product was very nice and a good price, a black wooden frame, but arrived with a big crack in it.

I have collected my parcel today and I am very disappointed as one of the posters is missing and the other two are damaged.Such a shame as they are beautiful and I couldn't wait to get them and hang on the wall.I wrote an email and I am hoping someone will get back to me

Good selection

Good selection. Needs a filter to separate posters with or without a boarder.

Very simple process.

I found their site very easy to order from, found what I wanted with a good description and pictures of the products. The poster was sent to me on Saturday after I had only ordered it the Tuesday before and it was really well secured in a very hard tube and wrapped inside.

The ordering process was difficult

The ordering process was difficult! Couldn't enter my address, kept saying it was too long and then kept suggesting alternative addresses that weren't our address. Was frustrating! Just hope my order is delivered to the right address

Save your time and money and shop elsewhere

Ordered on the 13th of Feb and recieved no communication beyond the original confirmation. Website says my order was delivered to the collection point - which I had to manually track myself.

After multiple trips to the post office, they're not able to find it there and I don't have any confirmation to prove otherwise.

Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I've raised an email with customer service but will be doing a credit card charge back if they don't come back to me with a satisfactory response in 24 hours.

purchasing experience hasn't been great

Not received the posters yet, but the purchasing experience hasn't been great. My order payment was rejected 3 times using various cards, when it tried to pay the next day using the same card, the price had gone up £25.
