Amazing love my rings and earrings, 2nd order. Fast delivery and excellent customer service. Thank you Diamoray

Superb customer service.

Items received are beautiful, however one of the rings did not suit my hand. I asked for an exchange and they were happy to do so. They also told me to keep the ring I wanted to return .... What an incredible service. Would highly recommend to all my friends and family.

Ordered a couple of pieces which were absolutely stunning. Unfortunately there were an issue with one of the rings, where a stone fell out (unfortunately they’re had a small issue with one of the batches) Reached out and explained what had happened, got an immediate response from customer support offering a replacement at no cost and I could also keep the faulty ring.
Overall excellent experience with customer support. Would definitely purchase again and will recommend to family & friends

The rings are fabulous, didn't take long to come, I am very pleased, just make sure u grt ur ring size correct I thought I new my size but had to put another order in as I was smaller than I thought, but very happen with my choice.

The ring is beautiful... thank you

Exellent rings, size and service

The best rings and customer service!
My ring started to have a little heavy tarnishing and they are sending me out a new ring to replace it. I am so grateful as my ring is so beautiful I didn’t want to stop wearing it.
Highly recommend!!

Beautiful ring, perfect fit, off in my holidays with it.

Amazing, fast delivery and wonderful quality 😍

The rings are beautiful. Mine came up bigger than I thought even though people wrote get size bigger than you need. I’ve ordered some
Ring reducers. I can’t wait to go on holiday and actually be able to wear jewellery. Excellent from ordering, packaging, delivery so happy

The ring was nothing like pictures, very small and certainly doesn't sparkle

Lovely jem setting but the band is super thin. Impulse buy. Have had better fans much cheaper from other stores.

Easy to view and order.
Lovely when the ring arrived. Looks classy and sparkling.
Ideal for holiday or special occasions.
I ordered the yellow metal & the coating did not last any longer than 7 days to the underneath.
Still looks good from above until you turn over your hand, and then, it’s a silver colour.
For the price, I would recommend

The ring is beautiful. Delivery was great, it looks amazing

I wore the ring for 2 days and it starting turning. Bad business

Absolutely amazing, ordered 3 rings to wear while I’m away on holiday in July. They came and they are beautiful however the sizing was one size too small. Contacted customer service and it was rectified within 2 hours even after being told someone would contact me within 24hours. New rings on the way! Absolutely amazing customer service and can’t wait to order more jewellery!

I had a little problem and it was sorted within a day . The Customer Service was exceptional ,sorted so quickly without any fuss excellent.

Excellent product. Very well made and sparkly.
What is even better though is the team behind.
They are extremely helpful and kind.

You can see that with every interaction.

Brilliant customer service which is responsive and effective (such a joy). The rings are really beautiful aswell (I had seen similar rings in sale for a lot more money and therefore was delighted when mine arrived and I saw how realistic and pretty they are). It’s great not to have to worry about expensive jewellery when travelling

I had an issue with a product and the team were super helpful and immediately sent me a replacement.
They were kind and very prompt and made the experience so much better than just an online retailer!
