Amazing ring. Looks great in my finger. Had a issue with sizing. Customer services sorted it promptly. Delivery was quick.

I really love the care taken, packaging each individual ring.
The rings are absolutely gorgeous and don’t tarnish like other rings like these do. Laviza rings are renowned for tarnishing and I have thrown so many of their rings away because of it, big waste of money. Keep up the good work!

The ring received was the wrong size and when I advised this customer service immediately apologised , asked for the correct size and sent replacement, all free of charge.

I ordered the wrong size ring. I also found the size of the stone too big for my liking and decided I would have preferred a silver coloured band. The Company replied immediately to my request for an exchange and offered a replacement without any fuss. Have just received my new ring and it is beautiful. I cannot fault their customer services and would order again.

Ive ordered twice. First time was fine. Second time, 2 pieces were missing out of 3. I emailed and they assured me it would be sent out. Ive had one more delivery, but still awaiting the bracelet. This was back in March! Theyve asked me to rate them... so here it is.

The initial delivery time was 1 week, but regular updates were given. I got a travel ring for my engagement ring and it was perfect! It doesn't look exactly like my acrualy ring but it's such a great quality.

I also ordered a tennis bracelet but the size wasn't correct. I contacted the customer service who sorted out a replacement within 24 hours of reaching out. I didn't even have to send back the original order. Would recommend!!

Every single ring looks completely different than on the advertisement.
So disappointing. Unfortunately I got them muddled otherwise I would have returned every single one .

Firstly, I’m always suspicious of companies advertised on social media. I tend to be cautious and even when ordering an item, it’s not the most expensive item, in case I am disappointed in their quality or service.

However, I ordered two rings and they arrived individual individually packaged and were both very, very beautiful. Unfortunately, my sizing I had measured made what I ordered just a little too big. Having emailed the company for returns information, I was surprised at their efficient, courteous and considerate customer service response. I wish that other companies took the same ethical approach as this one.

I was offered replacement items of my choice and the service was without fault. Genuinely has put my faith back into online ordering and the process.

I hope this company does well and expands.

Fantastic customer service .... I ask to exchange a ring as I didn't like the style on me . Within 1 days the emails was responded to and a new ring was sent out . !! The rings i received are STUNNING .will definitely be ordering from you again . Thank you
