Really disappointed with the 2 enchanted Luster rings, the band width was thinner in size than the posted pictures on the website.

The two stone rings were beautiful .
The plain band was extremely thin, not like on the picture at all.
However I cannot wear them as I have ordered the wrong size, they are far too big for me.
Totally my own fault as I didn’t have a ring sizer and was guessing.

I have purchased items prior and been really pleased however the last purchase I needed some guidance from customer service. After some confirmation from a representative I needed to change my order which was quickly taken care of. Unfortunately when the ring arrived the stones were too large for my liking I contacted a representative again and the team was so wonderful and exchanged the item for me and made the process so easy for me. Customer service has been excellent and the quality of the jewelry is excellent I would highly recommend this company and will buy again for myself and gifts.

The products are beautiful and the website is very appealing, but the overall experience was bittersweet. Shipping took much longer than promised, and the tracking stopped working. On the plus side, customer service was quick to respond and sent a replacement. However, I was disappointed by the packaging: generic boxes and far too much plastic. It didn't match the premium brand image they project; it felt more like a shipment from a budget Chinese store than from a UK store.

At first i was disappointed with my order. I ordered a ring and a necklace. I followed the size instructions on the website and did everything how they show you how to to it. I measured a 16 mm what a size 50 is. Once the order came in the mail i couldn’t fit in the ring. So i measured the ring amd the ring was a 15mm. What sounds like okay you wil fit in but no I can’t get is past the middle part of my finger. So i maild the costumer service. I told them everything i got a response in 1 day. They said to me they will send me free of charges a new ring in a bigger size. So im really happy with how they handled everything.
Still one thing. Because i ordered two pieces i should receive a free gift they told me it wil arrive a few days after my first package i still didn’t received it.

The necklace is stunning just like the picture.

One thing i will say is keep in mind that on the website they use eu sizes but they ship in US size. So take a look at the size chart and also keep in mind that there smaller than they should be
