I believed the hoodie should be as advertised, I cannot comment on who made the item however I can comment that it is not the hoodie I ordered, a different colour, style and quality from the impression on the website, I believe customers should be able to make an honest review of the quality of product sold

Literally scamming customers.
Total scam. Purchased a pair of sunglasses in their sale, the glasses are poor quality and don't fit. I emailed to ask how to return them on the day I received the delivery, and they replied saying I can't return them because I bought them in the sale. I would never make any purchase online if I couldn't return the item and I'm fully aware that in most circumstances it is a customers legal right to return something purchased online.
We've sent a few emails back and forth - I explained that they can't set a returns policy like this on online sales because it's literally against the law but they refuse to accept this. They even included a spiteful dig in their most recent email about having the option to make goodwill exceptions but choosing not to in this case due to the nature of the correspondence. What, because I stated that I have rights as a consumer that their policy doesn't override? WOW.
I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering but I stupidly thought that a brand founded by someone I'm a fan of (Sam Thompson) would be legit and felt good about buying from them initially. Sadly that's clearly not the case and I'm now having to pursue this via my bank and Citizens Advice/Trading Standards. I would strongly encourage others to do the same. Don't assume you can trust this brand, there are also comments on their Instagram posts from customers who are being ignored or refused refunds.

Returns process extremely frustrating
The returns process was needlessly drawn out and extremely frustrating. To even start a return, you have to email a general inbox to get it “approved”. I was initially told that because the item was in the sale, it couldn’t be returned. This wasn’t true — the item wasn’t actually in the sale, and in any case it’s not lawful for a retailer to refuse all returns on sale items, regardless of what their small print says.
I was then asked to confirm that all packaging was present and undamaged, including the cellophane around the glasses, which immediately raised alarm bells. Thankfully, I still had everything.
When I returned the item, I made sure to keep proof of postage. Despite the tracking clearly showing the parcel had been delivered, I was told the item hadn’t been received and was asked to provide proof of postage. After sending this, I heard nothing for a few days.
Having read multiple reviews describing similar issues with returns, I eventually warned that I would contact Trading Standards. Only then did I receive an automated email saying the refund had been processed — with no direct response to my email at all.
It’s hard to avoid the conclusion that this company makes the returns process deliberately difficult in order to delay or avoid refunds. Make sure you are absolutely certain before ordering. I’d strongly recommend reading other reviews, as many customers appear to have had the same experience.
