Ordered last week on ‘48hr express delivery’
Sunglasses haven’t been sent and are still ‘waiting fulfilment’
4 emails of mine ignored and the online chat is silent with no reply.

Made a mistake by ordering the wrong Sunglasses, was worried that I would have to cancel and reorder everything, but the customer service was super quick to ammend the order and shift it to the day. They were extremely friendly and understanding. I definitely appreciated it, and will be shopping again. Thanks.

Regular updates on my order were great, I knew exactly what stage the order was at and when it was expected to be delivered. The dark wahlberg sunglasses I ordered arrived within a couple of days. The packaging was also top notch. I also had a query about return policies and I received a prompt and helpful response from customer service.
