The package has been returned and I have emailed diya online numerous times and still no reply back .
Iv logged a dispute with PayPal now , I was pre warned not to order from “ Asians “ but I gave it a go and shot myself in the pocket . Not only I have lost £25 , I had to pay for postage back .

I returned the items three weeks ago and haven’t received any update. I did get one reply saying there was a delay, but since then I’ve emailed multiple times and had no response.
I’ve never had this issue with you before, but this is now becoming both frustrating and unacceptable. There’s no contact number available, and my emails are being ignored. I am owed a refund of over £100, and I’m beginning to worry that this won’t be processed.
Your refund policy states 14 working days, yet it has now been nearly 21 days. If I don’t receive a response or my refund soon, I will have no choice but to raise a dispute with my bank and consider further action under the Consumer Rights Act.
This level of customer service is extremely disappointing, and I would appreciate an immediate full refund.
UPDATE: Glad I got your attention from this review!
Don't you think it would have been good will to refund the delivery charge (£4.95) considering I paid £9 for the return (didn't keep anything due to bad quality) within the 14 day window period yet you didnt keep your policy of refunding me within 14 working days? If I had gone over the 14 day window, it would have been a different story altogether. I will never order from you again or recommend you.

In the past I have ordered items from here and not had a problem, until I ordered the same outfit in 2 different sizes. I had to return both in the end as they just didn’t suit me. I have had to chase and chase for a refund. I was refunded for one, but still not received my second refund even though I returned both suits in the same parcel.
I ordered the suits in February and it’s now April and still no refund. I no response to my emails either. Very disappointing and I won’t be ordering from Diya Online in future.

If I could give a 0 I would. The quality is disgusting. I mean it… nothing like the picture, purchased their hashmat maxi dress and it’s one of those Alibaba dresses. Shipped from China, so not what they were stating… dress ripped each time I tried to put it on. Mind you it was size even bigger!

Neutral review as Diya’a customer service is good so far in my dealings with them, but they need to improve their return procedure.
In my most recent order one of items was out of stock and they contacted me promptly. All sorted quickly and easily.
After a long time I placed an order with Diya last year and the experience wasn’t great. I ordered multiple sizes in some clothing and as it had been years since I had last ordered things were different (I tried on the size M from years ago and it fit so I ordered the same size but this time it didn’t fit). When I went to return the products that were no good to me, I could see the returns policy advised tracked returns. There is no returns portal (despite the invoice alluding to this) so Diya doesn’t know what you are returning until they receive the parcel. When I went to the post office and enquired the returns options standard delivery was NOT tracked - the tracked option was THREE times more expensive. I felt pressured into choosing that option by Diya as there was no return portal system so they didn’t even know what o was sending back - I only had the tracking info as my proof. Even the cashier at the post office was shocked I paid that much for a return as “everyone uses the standard option”. I hadn’t ordered from Diya in such a while I was apprehensive that the customer service would be poor if something went wrong. I believe going forward a returns portal works for both the company and the customer as there is reassurance a return has been requested, is on its way, and is for the specified items.
This has put me off ordering clothing unless I am pretty much certain it will fit. Let’s see in future if this changes...

Absolutely appalling customer service! They do not respond at all. I am still awaiting a response since 2 weeks regarding a return and a refund. Glad I paid with PayPal so hopefully will sort out my refund. AVOID at all costs
