AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!!!!!!
The customer service was amazing, something couldn't be gotten hold of so asked to send a replacement in a difference colour which was OK eith me.
Very competitive prices compared to other local companies.
Delivery was great, from getting a phone call roughly 30 minutes before delivery, the delivery driver was very friendly and treated the whole of the order with care and respect and even spoke to us politely and considerately.

The team at DIY builders were fantastic. I managed to make a typo on the order. Rather than accept both the delivery fees. The team at DiY refunded me half the delivery fee. Customer relations gold standard.

Thank you for this fair and honest review, Michael. We are pleased that the products arrived as expected. We sincerely apologise for the delay in delivery. From time to time there are cases beyond our control that hold the drivers up on the roads. However, you're absolutely right that it is always helpful to know that. We are working on how we can communicate better in these cases. We hope you give us another chance to turn this into a 5* experience.

It was very easy to order the products I wanted and the prices were very competitive.
Once I had placed the order, it was confirmed via email and told I would receive another one about the delivery. 3 days later, there was a bang on my front door and the driver asking me where I wanted the goods unloaded. Good job I was home!!

Thank you for writing a fair review Andy. I am so sorry that you did not receive the second email updating you of our delivery dates. Sometimes, customers find this in their junk mail but I will investigate internally to ensure that we do not have any glitches our end. Thanks again and hopefully we have the chance to give you a 5* experience next time!
The DIY Team
Excellent prices and product quality…
Excellent prices and product quality from a not very local timber merchant. Prices lower than purchasing directly from same timber merchant. Communications from and efficiency of DIY B. S. leaves significant room for improvement but will use again as their business model seems to work for me and I assume them.
