I would love to give this company 5 stars, as their customer service was excellent and they kept me up to date of delivery etc. They also ran out of the smaller lengths I ordered so replaced them with longer pieces at no extra cost. Also the price was very competitive . My negative is that the wood supplied was heavily split for the whole lengths, and some of these splits went at least half way through the width (it's a pity I can't put pictures on here to show) so I really can't see how these could be used for structural pieces. I ordered 12 lengths and I would say at least 7 of these pieces heavily split. I required the wood for an outside pergola so for me condition of wood was not as important, but if I required it for anything inside or structural I certainly would have rejected a lot of the wood. It's a shame as didn't want to add anything negative, but have to be truthful to what I found. I don't know how this company works,as the wood was delivered by my local Travis Perkins site, so if it was TP that checked the wood, then they are badly letting this company down.

Excellent service, quality goods. Sorted out me decking project.

Fantastic communication and really helpful over the phone, and even managed to facilitate next day delivery. I would definitely recommend and will be using them in the future.

Delivery was super quick and good quality.

Great service

Good stock, very competitive pricing and excellent customer service

Fantastic service and timber at a great price. For the life of me I can't remember the lady that helped me book in my delivery but she was so helpful. Would recommend!

Very efficient, fair price, good delivery

Great service.
Great value for money. Delivery was fantastic too. Good communications. Nothing but praise for this company.

The delivery guy that you used was highly skilled in placing my order safely on my drive and was quite jovial too.

The service was 100/100
Matt helped us from explaining the ply types and prices to loading the ply and even helping to secure it on our trailer. Definitely recommend Matt and the bargains they have in-store.

I would give 10 stars if I could!

Fantastic service and the team was quick and ready to help with an urgent delivery need. Products are VERY reasonably priced, and decent quality (timber). 100% recommend and will be using again.

Always in time and contact is always good

Fast delivery and good quality products

9mm Structural Hardwood Plywood 2440mm x 1220mm (8x4) × 5 & x1 22mm
Fast & good delivery. v.good value.
Nice quality, all surfaces good, no scuffs or chips.
9mm a little warped but suspect simply because they are large sheets & thin so image bound to bend a little. Went on nice & flat to frame. 22mm perfectly flat.
At price tiny bit worried they might be lesser quality but have a feeling better than the likes of wickes etc.

Never got a call/email before delivery. We were out and the timber left outside our house. The cover was broken and timber were wet because of rain. We needed to lift them and put in the house. They are so heavy!

Easy to order from their website and great delivery the driver was very helpful
