Arrived on time (always a bonus), fully understood the problem, carried out the agreed work and gave some useful guidance afterwards - top notch

Chap who attended was extremely helpful, approachable just excellent

Turned up on time , didnt try to upsell any other services

Unfortunately it didnt fix the real problem and had to pay another garage £1400 for another DPF clean and other parts etc they should of been aware of.
They werent interested when i informed them they hadnt fixed the DPF problem , maybe not the as good as the advertising .
I will be claiming my costs back , if required through the courts.

Amazing service from booking to the work being completed. Craig explained the process every step of the way and gave some really useful tips to avoid the DPF from becoming blocked again. I would highly recommend the service especially if you have a Range Rover Evoque as they are Land Rover specialists. Craig certainly knew his stuff and what a credit to the company

Technician booked for 08.00am - 10.00am, turned up at 17.15pm, spent less than an hour doing the job and said all should be OK now. Took the van out today and it went straight into limp mode. Spoke to a rather abrupt lady who advised that you are not returning to do anything about it. What a Rip Off !

Booking online was easy, recieving an email acknowledging your booking and advising you a text message that you will receive 24hrs before hand was good . Receiving a text message to state your appointment/time was great . And then for them to arrive exactly within the stated time was amazing !
I was given advise, was talked through all procedures and was amazed watching how he dealt with my car's DPF .
Now , it's totally sorted , it's better than it was and I can not recommend Dpf specialists enough!!!!!
If your car comes up with DPF then book them , they come to your house or work and it takes literally 45-60 mins . Perfect !

Had my DPF cleaned yesterday, great service, my car is running soooo much better, a professional service done by a really nice guy who checked everything on my car to do with this and gave me advice on way's to to keep it running fantastic in the future, definitely would recommend.

My DPF wasn’t that blocked but Ross still did the full procedure and explained everything , you really do get what you pay for , I have total confidence in the service I have received , I also have warranty on the work and the little scanner you get is a nice little gift. Thanks again Ross
