Customer service is super nice
Customer service is super nice! Product though isn’t worth the cost in my opinion. I purchased the travel size to try it out, I’m not convinced if I will buy again. I noticed a brightness the first time I used the no more baggage eye creme but not really a tightness. It did not do anything for my dark circles or puffiness though; my under eyes just simply looked brighter. The second and third time I used it, I did not notice anything. Odd, I know but that’s what happened. I even used more product the second time, so I am not sure if I am pleased yet or not. I will try it again and see. I do commend the level of customer service though in terms of replies to questions and advice.
Awful awful customer service
Awful awful customer service. Very clear they do not care about their client base particularly new customers. Over the last 2 weeks i have been struggling with a new order - on their site they had a promotion on where you get a free Quick Fix kit with orders over $65. Nowhere did it say it's for US orders only and when i first got in touch with an agent called Fernanda to question why i keep getting error messages she said it was a website glitch. She sent an email to offer a manual order but when i replied i got no further replies. I then tried the online chat option where im made to wait over 20 mins and still no answer; and then tried email again and no replies. Left comments under relevant post on instagram and my comments were deleted by them. No reply to insta messaging until after several days i received a message back stating someone will get in touch. I then after another couple of days received an email from a "Mercedes Checo" who sent a rather snooty message that the quick fix kit was a US promotion only but that they would add it to my order as a "gesture of goodwill" - like as though it's my fault their previous agent didn't clarify it in first place. I was told to reply to her email with order details - which i did on 31st July and never got a reply back (no surprise!) Sent chaser emails but nothing. And the worst thing is that the 30% discount code they had going also expired. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
Unfortunately i had already promised my mum that i was going to order 2 items from them before all this fiasco occured so i had no choice to order these to fulfill that promise as she was looking forward to them. Found a 20% code online so i managed to save something.
But after this i will never ever order from this company again. Absolutely disgusting customer service. No excuse with how they behaved.

Great products and really impressive customer care!
I started with a Discovery Kit (& appreciate being able to try products before I commit to a full size). The Pore Refiner Primer is amazing, my new fave product, totally blurs and reduces look of pores. At first I was disappointed in No More Baggage eye cream but their very helpful and thorough customer service team gave me tips on how to use (& verified that the batch was ok). Turns out I was applying wrong and once I followed instructions it also lives up to its promise!
I’m definitely buying full sizes now. I am so impressed with a company whose products work as described AND who clearly cares about their customers!

I haven't even received it yet and they have already lost me. I am sick to death of companies that make promises and then don't follow through. They SAY they ship in 1-2 days. It has been 3 days and it has not even shipped yet. Seriously. You get the order...how hard is it to ship right after you receive it?

A Company that cares.
My experience with Dr. Brandt Skincare was terrific. Not only did they tell me that they will send me the right product that I ordered but that I could keep the one that they sent to me by mistake. Their response to the matter was quick. I appreciate a company that cares for their customer.
I am new to Dr. Brandt Skincare as I just started using their Glow Overnight Retinol Oil which I like very well.
I plan on continuing with this company since they show the responsibility to their customers.
I will let my friends know of my experience with the company.

Great Products AND Service
Not only are the products great, but the customer service is exceptional! I have been using Pores No More primer for many years. For me, it’s my primer and foundation. I have not found anything else that works as well. I never leave home without wearing it. Love the rewards program and the customer service!

Outstanding customer service!
Not only do I love their eye products, especially their no more baggage eye gel, but their customer service is outstanding. I had a problem with one of the products I received, and they offered to send me a new one. Customer Service of this level is hard to find nowadays. Special kudos to Diana from the Customer Service team.

What an incredible product. I've been using no more bags for a year now. It truly does what it says. I'm 70 years old but because of this product no one believes that I am. Customer Service is excellent. I was out of the country and did not receive my order. I contacted customer service and I had a replacement in a few days. This company really cares about providing great products and excellent customer service.

I have not received a response from customer service. I sent two emails, they say 24-48 hours to reply. No response still. Sent Two auto assist messages - no reply and live message that say 9 minutes to answer and still no response after 60 minutes……

Exceptional Customer Service and Quality Vegan Skincare
I decided to give Dr. Brandt Skincare a try, even though I wasn’t very familiar with the brand. When my order didn’t arrive as expected, I reached out to their customer service—not really sure what to expect. To my surprise, they responded quickly, kindly, and with total professionalism. They even sent out a replacement order right away. Their outstanding customer service really left a positive impression on me. On top of that, I love that they offer vegan skincare options. Overall, a great first experience with the brand!

Phenomenal Customer Service
I ordered a few items from Dr. Brandt Skincare and one item came open and had damaged the packaging. I wrote in to Customer Service asking what I should do, and less than 24 hours later, they responded, apologized for the inconvenience and instantly shipped me a new item! How amazing is the Customer Service! Five stars all the way!

Unfortunately I had a very negative experience which in my opinion is inexcusable, hence the 1 star.. My partner ordered the Black Friday bundle offer for me which included several full sizes like day and night face creams, serums, eye creams etc. The products arrived in very worn and aged packaging - to the extent I’ve never seen before and I have been ordering skincare online for over 10 years. When I opened one of the eye creams, it had a dried up yellow residue around the bottom of the lid indicating that it had been opened before. It also had an unpleasant off smell. Another face cream too had an off smell of an old product. One of the serums boasts therapeutic benefits due to its scent and yet it was completely scentless and oddly clumpy and grainy. Generally on receiving the package I was absolutely shocked at the state of the products sent to me - however as I was unpacking them in front of my partner who gifted them to me I decided to try and use them. Additionally as I do not like waste I have actually tried to use up the products over the last few months however it has every time been an unpleasant experience due to the off smell, one product giving my skin an odd burning sensation and I have to say I feel after a few months of this routine my skin has been dry and I have noticed more wrinkles. The last few weeks I stopped using it and replaced it with other reliable products and my skin has returned to the smoothness from months ago.. Taking all this into consideration I would absolutely not recommend these products to anyone.
