The entire online process was convenient and very easy to schedule, and I especially appreciated being able to complete the sleep study remotely from the comfort of my home.

Dr Lloyd phenomenal; Dreem communications not
Dr Lloyd was phenomenal. Communication with Dreem was difficult. First sensor didn’t work, it was difficult to find a way to contact Dreem, also difficult to get an appt to go over the results. Process should’ve taken about two weeks; instead it took two months.

The NP Melissa Tam was very helpful and gave me a lot of important information regarding risks of OSA. She was very patient with all my questions and concerns. I would definitely use Dreem Health again if I need another consultation or if I need another sleep study in the future!

Insurance does not recognize the diagnosis.
They diagnosed sleep apnea, but insurance won’t recognize it because it was a home study. What was I paying for? This was a complete waste of time and money. They were supposed to follow up this week about an in-person clinic - but they never did.
