At the beginning, there were no issues. My intake went well, and Ashley Fellows was great. She answered my questions, explained the next steps, and told me that I needed to upload my sleep report to the patient portal.

Unfortunately, that is where this experience completely fell apart.

After my first attempt at uploading the report, it took more than two weeks for anyone to tell me there was an issue and that they couldn’t see it. I immediately re-uploaded it and went back to waiting.

Another month went by. After sending several messages myself trying to get an update, I was finally told that they would let my provider know. And that was it. No follow-up. No communication. No treatment plan. Nothing.

We are now approaching three months since my intake, and I still have not heard from anyone regarding treatment for my sleep apnea. At this point, I have absolutely no interest in proceeding with this company. The experience has been incredibly frustrating and, ultimately, completely useless. I reached out because I needed help managing my sleep apnea, and after nearly three months, I have received zero treatment and zero meaningful assistance.

The only thing they have consistently managed to send me is an invoice for the intake call.

I don’t remember ever agreeing to a charge for the intake, and honestly, had I known I would be charged simply to speak with someone before actually receiving any services, I probably would not have proceeded. That said, if I owe the fee, I am willing to pay it.

I responded to the invoice specifically asking how I could make the payment and, more importantly, how I could set up a payment plan. I was told that a payment plan was possible, so I replied with the payment arrangement I wanted to set up and waited for them to tell me how to proceed.

They never responded.

I have now replied to the same email multiple times. Instead of actually answering my question or helping me set up the payment plan I requested, they simply continue sending me the same original invoice. No one responds. No one follows up. No one seems to actually read or address the messages being sent to them.

At this point, the entire experience has been a complete waste of my time.

Nearly three months after my intake, I have received no treatment, no meaningful follow-up, and no help whatsoever with my sleep apnea. The only consistent communication I’ve received has been an invoice for a service that never actually progressed beyond the initial intake.

I cannot understand how a healthcare service can take nearly three months to address something as basic as reviewing a sleep report and communicating next steps with a patient. The lack of communication, follow-through, and basic customer service has been unacceptable.

Completely frustrating. Completely ineffective. And ultimately, completely worthless. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for actual help with their sleep apnea.

Wholistic sleep analysis and approach.
They consider CBT-I, Sleep Meds (which they prescribe!), and underlying sleep conditions (like apena).

And they are not pushing their services or products on you. Its very targeted and complete analysis. And the nurse I worked with really knew his stuff about each sleep med and each condition.

AND was quite transparent when I reached the end of his knowledge.

Very disappointing experience. My biggest concern was the behavior of two managers who worked closely together. In my experience, the environment felt toxic and unprofessional, and it often seemed like protecting management and the company’s image was more important than genuinely caring about patients and employees.

For a healthcare company, patient care, professionalism, transparency, and accountability should always come first. I also had serious concerns about whether everyone presenting themselves in a clinical capacity had the appropriate qualifications and credentials for the responsibilities they were given. I strongly believe leadership needs to investigate these concerns and make significant changes.

I had an exceptional experience with Dreem Health! Blessing Ogunsefunmi was informative about the whole process, and walked me through my sleep study results. It’s something more people should get checked for their overall long term health.

I turned to Dreem because I moved to an isolated community where the sleep clinics are notoriously known for being run down and previous negative experience with the quality of local staff. I also chose Dreem because I was interested in a home sleep study and not wanting to take a day off work picking goo ouT of my hair. It was so easy from vitual appointments to placing the device on my chin and heading to sleep. How it could tell which way I slept with every flip and flop and when I got up and walked around was wild. But it was accurate. The only difficulty I had was turning it on and off. The button didn’t really click and you had to wait a few minutes for it to be able to click.

The nurse practitioner that worked with me was amazing. The whole experience was seamless. This company does a great job with sleep studies

Mary Beth Willis was very straightforward and easy to follow as she thoroughly explained everything and answered any questions.

Dreem Health made it easy to set up a home sleep study. The initial interview was straight forward, questions about my sleep and information about their process. No hype. Device was mailed to me quickly. Just a couple of sensors and sleeping in my own bed. Follow up with sleep practitioner and we went over results and they offered options for what comes next.

I opted to use their ability to order the prescribed CPAP. That wasn’t necessary but seemed to be the most efficient option.

Further follow up was also scheduled to assess how everything is working.

I’ve been very satisfied. I recommend you do plenty of research and you’ll get most out of the discussions.

Be prepared to wait a week or two to get on their schedule. It is worth it.

I’m amazed at how easy this was to do. I had feared that the sleep study would be difficult but after my initial consultation with Blessing, she explained the process. It was so simple. The results were eye opening. They were explained well and treatment options were discussed. Every thing from start to finish was very simple and easy to complete. I would recommend doing this if possible. Great service.

My experience always goes well. My provider listens to me. She gives good feedback and advice and makes me feel very comfortable. I would recommend her to any of my family and friends.

1. The initial provider said I shouldn't have any out of pocket cost and should be all covered by the insurance.
2. I owe $over $700 now. I didn't know about this until I got the equipment and now it's too late.
3. They never sent any breakdown of the costs until I had to ask.
4.They called 15 min before appointment to cancel my appointment.
5. I don't even know if I had other options and at this point, its too late for me to go to another provider, because initially I trusted the provider who said I shouldn't have out of pocket cost.

Brandi was very knowledgeable and easy to chat through the steps, whether sharing what to expect, to going over the results. She addressed all of my questions with valuable information, and was a very effective communicator. I feel grateful to have been partnered with her; as it helped me have a clear roadmap for my health journey ahead.

Professional and helpful and WAY faster than using my local medical group. In fact, I was able to do my intake appointment, Sleep study, the appointment to discuss the sleep study results, and meet with a respiratory therapist even before I could get the initial intake appointment within my medical group!
