Bought a FPV drone. Came with defective 5 in 1 board. I returned the drone to the shop and pay all cost for the shipping. They refuse to collect the parcel. Reason- minor transporting box damages. There is absolutely no damage on the parcel inside the box. I ask them to send me a new board and they stopped to answering me. I will never buy anything from them again.

En panne d’électricité suite à la tempête Nils, DFR seule boutique qui avait du stock et surtout livrable en 3 jours sur une batterie externe de 1Kw. Je leur ai expliqué ma situation, ils ont fait leur max pour que je sois livré le lendemain, sans supplément. Bravo DFR et merci sincèrement.

I have ordered here multiple times now and so far only ever had good experiences. Fast Deliveries and Tracking updates. One time i ordered via UPS and it arrived under 24 Hours. Customer Support has been helpful too.

They have everything you need at a good price, 1 day delivery (I am in Spain) and customer service is good.

I had a missing item in my order and they kindly refunded me for that item!

estranho após criar conta e fazer login os preços mudarem (para mais). se é para compensar o envio "gratuito" então é preferivel não oferecerem entregas gratuitas e colocar um valor fixo, agora assim, aumentar valores de todos os produtos foi a primeira loja online que vi fazer isto. acabaram por perder um cliente, sem ainda nem ter comprado nada

La tienda en sí no está mal, tienen bastante variedad y el envío, al menos a España, no tarda demasiado.

El problema viene con el servicio postventa. Me llegó un ELRS RX que no funcionaba, yo lo había mandado a soldar a un tercero ya que yo no sé soldar y no quiero cargarme nada. Cuando llega la hora de la verdad, el RX estaba completamente muerto. Les contacté para que me pusieran alguna solución y fui atendido por un tal "Ludwig", quien me hizo unas cuantas preguntas acerca del caso, me pidió fotos de la soldadura y del cableado y finalmente me quería devolver el importe en un código de la página, el cual yo por motivos evidentes no quería. Tras varios mails discutiendo con él, conseguí que me hicieran la devolución del importe de la pieza pero se negaron a ofrecer ninguna compensación por las molestias y por el dinero malgastado por el RX defectuoso.

El servicio postventa es nefasto.

Bonjour client depuis des années chez eux délais de livraison rapide la dessus rien a dire apres 4 ans d’arret j’appel ce matin pour prendre des infos sur les masques dji et la je tombe au téléphone sur une personne qui me prend de haut et me repond d’une façon plus que limite du coup juste parceque jai demander si elle pouvais s’adapter a ma correction du je reste perplexe je rachete tous chez vous ou je vais a la concurrence ??

Orderd the meteor 75 pro with 4 batteries, a battery charger and the o4 unit. Shipping is a little slower then anticipated but still faster then most other shops, it took 9 days to arrive to Thessaloniki. Other then the shipping being 2-3 days slower then expected everything was good

Bought premium FPV goggles with dust particles inside, and the support was totally useful. They were un cooperative, did not offer any user friendly resolutions for my problem. The only thing that they said was to return the goggles back and get a 5% reduction from payed amount because goggles were already opened and used twice. But that was only figurative speaking, they could reduce the refunded amount more if the goggles were not in like new condition after they receive and inspect the returned item. Did have problems with them before and definately won't make any future purchases with them. Support agents are not trained properly and lack of positive advice when a customer has any problems with the items they are selling.

Non capisco perché non abbiano abbastanza recensioni,detto questo ennesimo ordine andato perfettamente a buon fine e pacco ricevuto in meno di 24h qui in Italia. Top come sempre e grande negozio serio ed affidabile.

I bought a converter that should give exaxtly 12v, but its only give 11,9v which means it doesnt work with my device.

They dont want to exchange it for free and wont send a new one, because they means its normal.

The power supply deliver way more than 12v. 😊

I bought some 6s batterys and they got delivered in a completly wet package. One of the batterys caught fire, now the support tells me this cant happen and is refusing to give me my money back. I even sent them photos and proofs
