5 Star 5 Diamond all the way!

Brand New Mavic 3 CINE straight into a tree. I called B&H where I purchased it and was informed to send it to Drone Nerds for diagnostics and repair if needed.
Drone Nerds is no joke. Nicholas and Robert kept up to date and informed on every step in real time. Both Nicholas and Robert went way Above and Beyond with their deep knowledge of the product, patience and professionalism.

Terrible Service

Drone was never looked at or flown, but you had the audacity to keep my 64gb samsung micro SD card. It is doing the same thing. Video is washing out. I want my money back! Can't believe you screw people like that just to get money out of them!!! Send the refund to my paypal account!!!

The Techs @ Drone Nerds are great

The Techs @ Drone Nerds are great, I dropped my Mavic Air 2 with transmission issues. They kept very good communication with me and when they determined problem they provided with the next steps to follow. Even though it has to go back to DJI, they took care of it all. Above and beyond my expectations.

Very poor job repairing my drone

While they fixed the drone physical parts they did not address the sensor issues I was having which is why it crashed in the first place. I spoke to them about it both prior and during the repair. They promised to test fly the drone then did not after I received it. It does not fly correctly so I need to send it somewhere else to be repaired right. Also, dirt was still stuffed around the camera and sensors. They didn't even clean it.

Great service! Rush service is worth it!

Paid for the rush service and it was worth it. Sent and received my drone back in 1 week. It was fast and easy. They sent emails updating me when they received my drone, what the repair was, cost and when it was being shipped back. Will use them again.

Repairs took much longer than expected. Drone was misplaced in the shop.

Drone Nerds received my broken drone on April 1. I made several calls to get a status after the 2 weeks that the site said it could take to get to it. Some said they would look into it. Finally on a subsequent call some body "found" the drone under a tech's desk and the tech was not there. Another call someone said they would have someone look at it and send a quote which I immediately authorized. A few days later I made another call and THEN someone promised and actually made the repairs and FedEx it overnight. Bottom line is that I got it back 4 weeks after I sent it in which was almost 4 weeks after it was received by Drone Nerds. The promotions that I heard made is sound like it would have been much better service. I wonder if Drone Nerd service uses, or should use, a ticket tracking system that flags tickets that haven't been serviced in a given time.

John - sincere apologies for the inconvenience you experienced. We will make sure that our Service Center reviews your feedback, which we sincerely appreciate, and improves its storage and sorting process. We do have a very large volume of repairs but you are correct that this should not have taken such a long time. Our Service Center does use a Zendesk ticket system that automatically escalates tickets after a fixed amount of time goes by without action. We will ask our IT team to look into the escalation timeframes and see if there's room for improvement in that area as well. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to service your drone. Have used drone nerds for years on the weekend Went to the shop talk to Harold who helped me figure out A small problem with my drone he could have easily sold me a new drone instead he did the right thing and was honest and showed me a glitch that I was personally doing wrong in the operation of my drone that I thought was broken I've always used drone nerds and you can trust them with great prices and the absolutely best service

Impressed with ticketing system

Sent Inspire 1 for repair estimate. Ended up deciding to purchase a new drone instead of going through with the repair after getting the estimate back. But was impressed by the ticketing system and how they stayed on top of everything.

My first experience with Drone Nerds was great! Robbie is a stand-up guy and took care of my order personally. Nice guy and fun to talk to by the way. Based on my experience, I don't understand the negative reviews. This was my first purchase from Drone Nerds and I will purchase from them again!

I’ve paid to have my mavic mini 2…

I’ve paid to have my mavic mini 2 repaired, it’s been well over a month and I have not received my drone. I received and email over a week ago saying a shipping label has been created, it’s been over a week and it still says pending on fed ex and that they are waiting on the product to arrive. I’m beginning to think I’ve been scammed out of $380 and will be waiting for their response in my drones status this week. I’ll likely end up reporting them to the authorities and making appropriate parties aware that this company is fraudulent.

It would seem the service team believed you did not wish to move forward with repairs and prepared to ship out your order. The repair was completed and the unit shipped when the situation was clarified. FedEx shows the unit was finally delivered to you on March 17. Liars, manipulative, and hide reviews

Tried to buy the 3 pack of refurbished air 2 batteries showed only 1 left so I rushed to buy it, I checked a day later on the status of my order and it showed on back order, contacted customer support their story was someone bought it before I did, I check a couple of days later and it shows again only one left but my order is still on back order. They are clearly playing with people showing they have only 1 left so they rush to buy only to spew the lie that someone else bought it before them. Also I wrote a review of my experience 1 star review and it doesn’t show up in their reviews.

Dear Edgar: we are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience experienced! We received several reports of some items showing "1 left" when the stock was 0 but perhaps a unit was available in "Open Box" inventory. Our IT team has addressed this issue and it should not be repeating itself. Our Customer Support team was under the impression that if there be one item left and the order went on backorder, it meant someone else checked the item out before you did. Be assured they were in complete good faith. Your feedback does appear and is duly noted and appreciated.

Drone nerds is trash

Drone nerds is trash. Don't recommend you order anything from them. Poor customer service. Never received my order from them but yet can't get a refund.. trash business, and I didn't get my full refund I got everything but the shipping fee back finally, so at least I got back most of my money except for the shipping fee.. wish I would have gotten ALL my money back being I never received anything at all but yet paid full price and shipping fees..

We worked with you every step of the way when you notified us that the carrier had misdelivered your shipment, even though we had a signed proof of delivery. When you eventually started a return, there must have been a mix-up somewhere, because we received a box of canned goods. Be assured that we reported the issue to the carrier as they will conduct their own internal investigation. We are very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced.
