Price Gouging
I sent in a DJI Mini 2. Lets start off by saying drone with remote and accessories goes for around $350 refurbished. My drone had a broken pivot joint, a broken arm (I included the replacement part already) and a cracked top/middle plate (which they said would make it fly erratic). They wanted a total of $310 to replace/repair these parts.
Please tell me how that makes any sense for an entry level drone when I can go buy another for a few $ more? Cant comprehend these outrageous prices.
Here was the breakdown:
$91 to replace the arm (I included the part for this)
$179 for top and middle shell with crack ($40 for part on amazon)
$39 for the pivot joint

There shipping practices are the worst.. first they do not tell you that somebody has to be at the residence to sign, when you try to redirect. drone nerds already told FedEx not to redirect so in other words you can't have it sent to a FedEx store for pickup at a later date talking the Drone nerds is like talking to robots they didn't want to help me in any way shape or form.. this will be the last time I ever used this company
